Even though justice is applied in different ways, the primary purpose of justice is about equitable treatment in organizations. The selected term as well talks about fairness as what is referred to like justice, and it explains that the term differs in various places, but the key factor is all about fairness. Therefore, both of the terms describe fairness, which is applied in different areas.

Applying justice and presence in the company plays an essential role in ensuring the goals of the company are effectively attained. Justice and the performance of the employees is a two-way relationship. This is because for the employees to perform well, they must feel that they are treated equally and hence they end up working hard to attain the best results.  When workers are not addressed at fair, they might not give the best results, and this might affect the performance of the organization. It’s therefore advisable for the organizations to buy some effective ways which can be applied and followed by everyone in an equal manner. The company can create a rule which can be followed by all employees. The set kind of regulations should be done transparently to make everyone understand well about the set rules.
