            Nursing education is the systematic learning and teaching in the science of nursing. Nursing education entails functions and responsibilities in the management of patients and other several disciplines that trigger the patient’s return to a stable condition. This paper is going to discuss how the nature of teachers contributes to their idealism in as far as nursing education is involved. The theoretical and practical training of teachers without reasonable doubt helps to prepare students for advanced medical professional studies. Nursing education courses are relevant in contemporary society, only attainable through ideal teachers who give all their best for their students to at least comprehend issues to do with mental health, pediatric and post-operatory nursing (Iwasiw & Goldenberg, 2014). In the U.S, nursing education is carried out within university schools because of its higher education requirements and massive student’s enrollment.

The Nature of the Teacher

            Over the years, the nature teachers have always been a subject of discussion. Teachers come from all walks of life- coworkers, peers, family members and most important – professional teachers (Billings & Halstead, 2015). Regardless of who they are, where they originate from ultimately impacts their teaching professionalism. In becoming the most influential and idealistic teacher, I believe without apology that the nature of teachers overrides exceptional and professional qualities. The background of teachers makes them in a better place of connecting with students in complex topics that are associated with nursing education, such as the acquisition of degree programs in the competitive world. The general personality of teachers enables them to become first trainers in life, thus proving to be influential towards students, parents and siblings. Concerning nursing education, teachers set the background for practical skills theoretically by linking the professional nursing skills with the mastery of scientific knowledge towards the schools’ environmental health concepts.

In nursing education, multiple entry levels solely exist, such as the application of University and Colleges Admissions Service that involves a proper and prior understanding of mathematics, English language and proficiency in a science subject. When we come back to teachers’ general nature of teaching, their professional skills significantly play a role in the comprehension of these intriguing compound languages. In the layman language, with having been appropriately taught practical and theoretical science, mathematics arithmetic and manipulation as well as excellent English communication skills, by no means at all would a student come out as an exemplary degree holder in the American Association of Colleges (Iwasiw & Goldenberg, 2014). In this long journey of success, the teachers’ nature is reflected by providing extra help in the possible ways that students need.

Additionally, the nature of teachers ultimately involves a procedural process that involves teaching students how knowledge is shared between teachers and the very same teachers because, at the end of day, no human is perfect. Naturally, learning is achievable by the amount of skills, knowledge, interests, attitudes, habits and personality characteristics that teachers direct towards their students. Only these approaches account for their outstanding performance in the education field. The skills, knowledge, interests, attitudes, habits and personality characteristics generated from the naturalistic view of teachers is beneficial in the nursing specialties career course fields such as community health nurse, education, family health nurse, sexual health nurse and above all, school nurse (Bradshaw & Hultquist, 2016).

In the university, I entirely personify Mr. James Charles, Mr. Johnson Gregory, Mrs. Faith Kylie and Carissa Raquel as the most influential elementary figures. In terms of personal and professional skills, these key figures educate us about our needs, feelings and individual experiences by making specific involvement in the knowledge of specific societal disciplines. Additionally, these educationists have guaranteed us the opportunity of conducting discussions, asking open-ended questions, managing procedures and tasks, and enabling the faculty to participate in the exchange of ideas actively. Such background information is irrefutably worth recommendation. Personally, I ultimately believe the likes of Mr. James Charles are primarily occupied in schools with the central purpose of enlightening students to merge out as distinct citizens in the world. Now that what makes the difference between influential teachers and regular average teachers.

If I can clearly remember, my priority list of teachers aspired to become model teachers because of multiple reasons. A person can, however, argue that they dreamt of becoming teachers because of unavoidable circumstances. Such an argument does not substantiate my perspective view based on the study I conducted. First and foremost, these life-changing educationists are model teachers due to their highly undisputed skills and passion and drive of improving student guidelines in schools. They chose to become model teachers for one main reason, promoting local efficient instructional practices that are valuable for the varied groups of students. In so doing, these teachers provide proper guidance and training in the teaching discipline. During my early interaction sessions with educationist Kylie, she claimed that the urge to become exemplary has always been installed in her blood since inception.

Since teaching involves formal and informal processes, the approaches brought about by these teachers always make me reflect on my adaptation towards my career as a future professional (Bradshaw & Hultquist, 2016). Those impacts often challenge my perception regarding nursing education. Personally, the significance of their teaching works not only for me but also for the rest of the entire student governing body. On one occasion, I recall Mr. Gregory giving us a lecture in the school hall touching on the compelling nature of our personalities. The 30-minute discussion really inspired us to think big outside the box consistently. It really meant seeing possibilities where people see impossibilities and making more significant moves while people wait for opportunities to come along the way. The speech was so touching that I resolved to change my habitual responsiveness towards life lessons, career plans and personal relationships. In summary, Mr. Gregory’s teachings reflect a significant deepening-emotional feeling that makes a person want to achieve bigger things in life, which is why it still influences my personal and professional life.

Conclusion

From the discussion above, nursing education is indeed an essential field study of developing students’ professional skills. Nevertheless, the teacher’s informative approaches ultimately play a significant role in forming the foundation of nursing skills and competency. Only ideal and realistic teachers influence students who aim to achieve their topmost results in their projected faculties. Thus, it is essential to conclude that the nature of teachers in teaching either leads to students’ success or downfall in career development. As a teenager, I always believed that students are entirely to be blamed if they record poor grades in their report forms. Nonetheless, after having been exposed to a persuasive life-changing speech, I realized more than ever before that teachers play a big part in developing students’ personalities. In summary, an ideal teacher always has to challenge students to go the extra mile and motivate them to still work hard in class.
