The bank is also ensuring that they are part of community-related property development activities. The bank is also considered a significant player in the domain of property development. The bank is also owning subsidiaries like Eskan properties company (EPC), which is involved in the event of properties that can be used by the community. Eskan bank is dealing in the services sector and along with financial services; they are also providing services related to property development as well. Internship position, roles, and responsibilities

The internship in Eskan is given to me in the call center, and I was given the responsibility to communicate and interact with the customers. Along with this, my trust in the bank is also related to administrative tasks.

Summary of your accomplishments

During the internship program, I was given the opportunity that I can communicate with the people as I was given a task to attend calls, which helped me in developing an understanding regarding the ways through which I will be capable of communicating effectively with the people around me. I also accomplished an agreement regarding the means through which the administrative work can be done. I also achieved a great understanding of the business processes. The tasks performed by me are also based on translating the reports as this helped me in developing an agreement regarding the ways through which the analysis can be done effectively

Learning from internship

During the internship, there are many problems that are faced as this helped me in the development of individual personality. When I joined the course, there are different problems, such as communication issues and settlement issues. When I was first placed in Eskan bank as I was given an opportunity to work with team members, and initially, it was difficult for me to adjust in a team working environment. During the placement, another difficulty faced by me is based on making the effective communication. I was not aware of the effective communication techniques before, and this aspect was the major problem for me initially. Because the reason for this increased issue is due to my nature of the job. The kind of my job was based on identifying the ways through which I can communicate or coordinate with other people. If I was not capable of doing that, then I won’t be capable of performing effectively in my tasks. The other major problem faced during the internship is based on having an issue with time management. Initially, I did not work before in corporate culture, and due to this factor, I faced a question regarding the time management issue. I was not capable of allocating tasks and prioritizing the work initially, and this impacted my capability of working and achieving targets

The new skills required during the internship are my capability of working with teams. I also gained skills regarding the ways through which I will be capable of working effectively. My communication skills are developed, and I learn the means through which I can make formal communication with people. I also learned the means through which I will be capable of working in teams. My team working capability was established, and I also learned that how I will be capable of managing my team. When an individual works in a group, than this helps in making an understanding regarding the ways through which the success is guaranteed within a professional career. The presence of time management techniques and capability is also going to help me in developing my professional career. I also gained skill regarding the ways through which I will be capable of bringing positivity in an individual’s attitude

Conclusion and recommendation

The internship at Eskan bank made me aware of the means through which the people are working within an organization. This also concluded that businesses like Eskan bank are capable of diversifying, which helped in finding that the company can manage their risk by this. It is also concluded that during internship an individual does face issues initially but after sometime an individual overcomes the problem as this is important for developing an understanding about the ways through which an individual can excel in a professional career. Lastly, it is concluded that the business should focus on bringing positivity in personality as this helps in making the working environment productive and effective.

The following are the recommendations which will help in developing personality such as:

An individual must focus on developing an understanding of the operations effectively before starting a job
It is recommended that an individual must establish effective communication skills as this will help in making a better understanding of objectives
An individual must focus on continuous professional development, and for this purpose, it is recommend that professional development pieces of training
