This is with the greater desire of the developers to break away from the historical and the traditional styles and to invent that was purely functional and new skills of architectural designs. The new building type, for example, the equitable building, 1915 by Everest R Graham among others are based on the plate glass technology which was invented back in 1848. However, the developers have come up with new methods from the new emerging skills to develop the imagination of the millions of visitors visiting to view this structure.
