Contrary to the opinion of the majority of the people, culture is a business issue and not an HR issue. It should also make social impacts and include the community members in decisions that are likely to affect the members. My innovative venture is a Mom Spa called “Ma Spa,” which is just for moms with small kids. The idea for the Ma Spa is that it allows moms to come in, drop their kids in the childcare section, and then get their spa visit going. The childcare team watches the kids while mom gets the pampering she needs and deserves. There will be no appointments, no wait times, and services will be fast.

The spa will be useful in providing services to nursing mums and ensuring they can have their kids around them. This will have a significant cultural implication of not requiring a baby sitter. Despite the services of baby sitters being helpful to working mothers, there are times when the mothers want to spend time with or bond with their children. Such instances do not require the baby sitter to be present. Also, when the kids are young, they need constant care of their mothers, and our spa will come in handy to ensure the kids get the loving attention they need. Is there an international component of your venture to take into consideration?
The international component that the Ma spa will take into consideration is communication. The sp will be located in Miami, near a beach, and will target citizens, residents, and tourists, particularly those on vacation. Communication is a crucial component that it will consider since the clients will be from different backgrounds (Apetrei, Kureshi & Horodnic, 2015). The spa will research the most likely clients and their countries of origin and will hire translators who understand their language. This will minimize the language barrier and make the clients satisfied.
Will the venture have diverse employees?
The venture will have a diversity of employees from all social groups in the United States. I will make it a policy in the hiring process to ensure that no racial discrimination will be tolerated and that all races are represented. The spa will also hire the services of other people from different countries in the world, which are likely to generate clients. The diversity will allow everyone to feel comfortable and represented.

The cultural aspect of our clients, nursing mothers, that we are after is care. Mother is naturally individuals who love and care for their children more than themselves. Ma Spa will be ensuring that this noble quality of motherhood is enhanced by providing baby care services and allow mothers to e near their kids.
How will the venture make a social impact, or include social responsibility?
Ma Spa will be involved in social activities and responsibilities that will make impacts on society. Businesses must get involved in activities that benefit the community (Chua, Roth & Lemoine, 2015). First, Ma Spa will be involved in corporate social responsibility and will give back to society. The CSR section will focus on street children and children’s homes. There will be monthly visits to children’s homes for bonding with the kids and taking food and other personal items. There will also be ongoing activities of rescuing street children and taking them to children’s homes and support their needs.
The cultural component that adds value to Ma Spa
The other cultural elements that will add value to Ma Spa is changing themes every week. Change of themes is crucial in giving customers a personalized experience (Chua, Roth & Lemoine, 2015). The themes will reflect the cultures of customers from all over the world. Themes will be set by having the décor, the lighting, and the clothing that represents the culture of the customers.
