The Film That Environmental Organization Don’t Want You to See

According to the author, the documentary  Cowspiracy explores the relationship between animal agriculture and climate change.  Cowspiracy documentary describes the journey of the filmmaker, Kip Anderson, as he uncovers what individuals do not talk about: animal and agriculture, the most critical industry involving the safety of our planet. Primarily, the documentary educates the audience on the leading cause of deforestation, water consumption, and pollution, and greenhouse gases emission caused by animal agriculture.  Cowspiracy further shows that global warming pollution is not caused by the use of fossil fuels such as oil and coal, as scientists usually suggest. But, instead, the primary sources are animal agriculture.

According to the documentary “ The Film That Environmental Organization Don’t Want You to See” show that  51 % of all greenhouses gases are by animal agriculture and this indicates that a global population of approximately seven billion human beings consumption has an impact to climate changes.  In the Film,  Keegan Kuln the filmmaker with his pair Anderson explores our eating habits which reflects how the natural resources, land as well as water are exploited, leading to climatic changes.

The figure 51% is crucial to the film’s conspiracy theory because it raises a question of how the author comes up with the value, rather than the scientific studies which show that 15% of global greenhouse gases result from animal agriculture emission. Also, the reporting Authors Anhang and Goodland claim that respiration from animals fungi and bacteria is releases CO2 to the atmosphere. Additionally, the film shows that CO2 released by the livestock also contributes to the planet’s greenhouse gas emissions. Generally, whether the animals consume the plants or not the CO2  that the planet manufactures goes back into the atmosphere. According to the scientist, it is not justifiable for Cowspiracy to claim that livestock is a source of greenhouse gases.

According to Cowspiracy, scientists do not consider ruminant Methane in studies of the causes of global warming pollution, while the authors indicate that ruminant releases Methane into the atmosphere both directly and in their manures. As a result, the author counts the impact of gas molecules for 20years since Methane lasts in the atmosphere not more than two decades, while CO2 can stay for an over a more prolonged period. Therefore, Methane produced by a domestic animal has a considerable impact on global warming pollution.

Conversely, the approach by the author is neither scientifically or morally to take an average of 20 years only show that there are not concerned with the future generation of global warming persists over two decades. Additionally,  the 51 %  figure gives n by the Cowspiracy, and the 15% scientific consensus on the emission comes from the counting carbon dioxide respired from the livestock and weighing the Methane produced by the ruminant animals. Besides, the green gas emission from the massive livestock amount of water is used in the production of beef, for example, a quarter-pound hamburger produced with up to 660 gallons of water. Ideally,  water scarcity is the primary cause of drought, affecting the majority of the population around the globe. To uncover Cowspiracy, the author contacts various environmental organization although most of them are afraid to talk about animal agriculture’s impact on climate change. Despite many organization being in the front line to protect the rainforest and water bodies, they overlook how livestock production impact their environment negatively in such a way as overgrazing of Amazon forest.

Moreover, the filmmaker notices how individuals are more dedicated to saving the environment but avoid the sensitive mention of animal agriculture. Eventually, there do not encourage diets from plants.  The Firm further shows, for instance, how meat-eating is part of our daily lives and how money and political influence protects  livestock industries are by money and political influence. Overall, the ninety-minute film covers a life-changing topic that may influence individuals to become vegetarians and change their eating habits. As a result, reducing the consumption of animal products can have a significant impact on climate change and a healthy life for all individuals.
