Philosophy:attempt to explain the occurrence of some natural phenomena in the universe

Various philosophers emerged at different times in an attempt to explain the occurrence of some natural phenomena in the universe..They might disagree on, or two things based on their belives and experiences, but they are generally right according to their perceptions. Some of these philosophers include Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and Locke.

Initially, there was the presocratic era, which involved three philosophers. These philosophers included the monie, who claimed that there is only one single reality in every situation we encounter. The other group of philosophers claimed tha the universe, in general, is in two natures i.e., the integral part, which involves too many mathematical concepts and the other part which I materialistic. This group of philosophers was known as the Pythagoreans. Finally, we had a group of philosophers know as Heraclitus, who, according to them, the world has no permanence.

Socrates came into place after these Presocratics.Socrates argued that he was not aware of anything; however, he was in a position to identify the wrongdoing within the society. Socrates argued with the authority during those times since they were practicing a lot of injustice and selfishness. These authorities are compared to the current nature of the politicians present. He fought for the rights of ordinary people in society. Due to these constant arguments and confrontation with those in authority, his student, Plato, wrote a book about the happenings enlightening the community at large about the truth and injustice.

After Plato, there came his student, Aristotle. Aristotle differed with Socrates in many ways; for instance, he claimed that the Gods exists. He came up with many theories to prove his findings. According to Plato, there existed an otherworldly that was comprised of God and angels. He also claimed that the demons even existed. His conclusions were far from the findings of Plato and Socrates.

After the Plato era, there came the Descartes era, which tried to show the relationship between the body and the mind. He claimed that life according to how we think and perceive the world. In his argument, he tries to deny the fact that God exists hence led to the rise of modern philosophy. However, he faced a few challenges in showing the relationship between the mind and the body.

There also came the likes of Locke, Berkeley, and Hume. These three philosophers claimed that we gain much knowledge from the way we interact with the universe and how long we interact with it. They also suggested that the world and God are directly related; hence, we gain knowledge from God. Their claims were apposed by Kan, who claimed that some knowledge we posses are innate i.e., inborn.

In summary, every philosopher had their understandings of the universe based on their perception. The current nature of the world depends entirely on what these philosophers found during ancient times.
