The proposal aims to examine the claim that organic foods lead to longer lifespan and fewer heart diseases as compared to non –organic foods. To establish the differences in these types of foods, there is a need first to address the health risks associated with organic foods and non-organic foods. Although the organic foods are seen to be healthy because they do not involve substantial additives, calling a food product organic does not mean that it is healthy. Srinieng and Thapa (2018) claim that organic farm products are produced using methods that do not harm the people who produce such good and the people who consume organic products. On the same note, organic products do not affect the environment. The habits of consumer sin purchasing and utilizing the goods or services influence their decision making to meet their needs several factors broadly recognized as the internal and external factor influence the decisions that consumers make in regards to purchase of the goods.
