Pollution and Smog Awareness
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
We have discussed and planned to highlight the Pollution issue, as Faisalabad has been listed as the third most polluted city in the world, with an average air quality index of 130.4. We are going to begin the awareness of Smog due to the pollution as it is carcinogenic, and Faisalabad is the 3rd most populated city in the world. People are suffering a lot due to this and facing so many problems like lung diseases, breath issues, viral flu, bad coughs, and many more, that is why we want to contribute in some way.
MOTIVATION:
We mutually thought it as one of the most crucial parts of the awareness-raising is to deliver the message that people from Faisalabad can protect themselves from the health risks of the pollution due to their own mistakes. They can majorly reduce their exposure to contamination by following a few steps and doing small actions.
SOLUTION:
- We will deliver the fact that every garbage they throw causes harm in some way.
- The people will be aware of the problems and diseases they can face due to the pollution in the air because of their laziness and carelessness.
- We found so much sustainability in this in a way that trees will be there for a longer time, our boards, dustbins, paintings on the walls, our lectures in schools will remain there.

- Our contribution will never end, and we have decided to take more and more people with us in this cause so that we can grow in a well-aware society.
ACTION PLAN:
- Firstly, we will start visiting some places where we can gather more people with us; we’ll convince them by delivering the lectures on pollution and smog awareness.
- We thought a lot, and after so much research, we decided to target the students from schools and children from the villages. So, we have planned to select a few high standard schools and a few lower-grade schools and deliver our lectures for pollution awareness there. We will perform some activities with them, like picking up the trash from roads, planting different trees, asking them to carry a plastic bag and gloves with them all the time.
- We will distribute the masks to every person to avoid the dust(SMOG). We also have a plan to put big baskets in different places to avoid the trash on roads.
- We will go into the societies, colonies, and other places and convince them to put boards everywhere, saying “No Trash, No Thrash” or any message to avoid the garbage.
- We will collaborate with environmentalists from different institutions. We can expand our campaign all over Faisalabad with joint hands with them.
We have decided to stick to all the AMAL principles like After AMAL, we will have KHUDI, by doing KAM KAM KAM we will try to have an outcome and will complete and get the results with Ek or Ek Giyara thing.
Proposal# 2 Open-air Education in the Park.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
The children on the roadsides are wasting their lives by begging in front of people; the problem here is that they are losing their lives and feeling useless in themselves. We have decided to initiate an educational campaign for these beggar children, to save their futures.
MOTIVATION:
The initiative took by Master Ayub in Islamabad had my heart, the way he started teaching four children open-air in the park, he is a Pakistani Educator, Philanthropist, and Civil servant who is known for spending his after job hours and weekends teaching students in an open-air school. This thing made me passionate about starting up the same thing in Faisalabad as well, to work for the children who have lost their hopes in life.
SOLUTION:
We want to fill these little ones with lives!
- Our circle will keep on teaching those children in the long run and will try to educate the children in possible ways.
- Educated people can contribute more to this way by teaching them on weekends or whenever they have time.
- People can have more chances to contribute their money in the right place. They can even donate many things like their useless books, blankets for the upcoming cold winters (as the lectures will be open-air and in the parks), and they can bring them food during the talks.
- The teaching will be free of cost, and any children can come to take advantage.
- The children will become more confident, and they can study at some other place in the future, they can even earn after getting some knowledge.
- The social skills of the students will be improved, and they will be able to make friends and engage with other children and can enjoy the school environment.
- The children will be happier, fuller, and their personal lives will be enhanced.
ACTION PLAN:
We will visit some parks and see where we can gather more children quickly and also ask if we can use the park for this purpose.
- Gathering the needy
We will work on visiting a few places, make a team of children and will deliver them the importance of education, so they are convinced.
- Raising Funds
We have a plan to try to collect funds from our relatives, or we can ask different organizations for that, or we will earn by doing things like stalling the food, selling accessories, or some other things. We will spend those funds on buying chairs and other needed stuff for their park school.
- Startup with the studies
First, We will start giving them motivational lectures; we will assign them works; we will perform different games to develop their interest. We will welcome every child who needs and wants.
- Assembling more people
We will ask educational institutions not to waste books, copies, pencils, and much other stuff and cooperate with us in the matter.
We have decided to stick to all the AMAL principles like After AMAL, we will have KHUDI, by doing KAM KAM KAM we will try to have an outcome and will complete and get the results with Ek or Ek Giyara thing.
