- Take the Thomas/Kilman Conflict Instrument uploaded in MyCourses
- Then read Ken Sande’s short book entitled Resolving Everyday Conflict and write about a 1000-word response to these questions:
- What were your 5 biggest takeaways from the book?
- How should leaders respond to conflict using Sande’s Four G framework?
- What were your Thomas/Kilman results and what did you learn about yourself from taking this instrument?[unique_solution]
- What is your own Biblical response to conflict? How will you personally look at leadership and conflict differently after reading the book and taking the instrument?
- What 3 questions do you still have about this week’s materials that your classmates can interact with in the Forum?
Forum Response:
Post your response in the Forum and interact with at least 3 of your peers about their posts. I am looking for a depth of critical thinking in your original post and a strong interaction between you and your peers to maximize the potential of your grade for this assignment.
Post your original response no later than midnight (PST) Thursday, January 30th and respond to at least 3 of your classmate’s posts by noon (PST) Saturday, February 1st. The rest of Saturday, February 1st is reserved for all students to respond to their classmates in case students choose to take a Sabbath day of rest on Sunday, February 2nd. The Forum will close on Sunday, February 2nd at midnight (PST). No exceptions!
