The application of the religious diversity is part of business ethics can be considered as the moral principles and values which are applied in the field of the business (Wright et al, 2013). The ethics defines the success or the failure of the business. Each of the business organization has some ethics which required for the betterment of its operating system (DesJardins & McCall, 2014). Different businesses have different ethics which are proposed to be followed for its success.
