Global warring is china’s fault not the USA

Introduction

Global warring is concerned with the war or conflicts that may arise due to the rapid and uncontrolled changes in geopolitics, the global environment, and the global economic system. Disputes or war may result in the destruction of a country’s income, alter human being’s existence or even lead to an environmental crisis (John, 4). China can be said to be at fault of global warring due to its contribution to it. The global warring effect can be analyzed in aspects like economic, political and social systems. The thesis of the statement is to explain and ascertain why China is precisely the one to blame for global warring and not USA (Paskal, 4-6).

Body

Cleo Paskal, a journalist, argues that climate change catastrophically leads to environmental change. He further details the negative implications of the ecological crisis and also the geopolitical status quo. A deadly European heat wave namely Hurricane Katrina and also the Asian tsunami are examples of environmental disasters that are used to explain the adverse effects of climate (John,7-9).In his book, Paskal states the international community’s acceptance of the fact that the global changes which are being caused by China alters the patterns of precipitation and cause a rise in sea levels. He further states that this can also result in glacial melts and an increase in the storm surges among other adverse effects. These effects arise as a result of poor planning, weak regulations and even inadequate emergency responses, especially the one exhibited by China (Stephen, 50).

Paskal argues that other countries, the US included are all dependent on and profoundly impacted negatively by climate change since the country’s infrastructure is built around specific parameters that are constant. The environmental crisis can result in destroyed infrastructure, floods, drought cases and also leading to crop failure (Sidney, 45-47). Besides, as still evidenced through economic disasters, climate change can be felt social, economic, and political and also security changes.UK and US are highly exposed to these changes, especially the effect of rising sea levels and even storm surges. Through the rapid increasing storms, New York had challenges such as drinking water issues (Paskal, 9-10).

Further, climate changes altered transport routes while also negatively impacting and disrupting both the economic and geopolitical models. Due to Arctic sea ice melting, the Northwest route was one of the most sought-after ways for trade purposes. Further, resource extractions such as oil, fish, and gas suffered a stumbling block. The opening of the northern route, which was thought to easy in the shipping of resources had some security concerns. As outlined by Paskal, US’s focus was merely on the funds from the Arctic sea and not security issues (Paskal, 13).

China’s contribution to global warring can also be evidenced by the poor geopolitical relationships and the internal disruptions experienced in the country. Further, it is extended to the country’s overpopulation and practice of inferior farming methods which lead to war, unemployment, diseases, anarchy, inflation, high taxation rate, famine and also revolts. Besides, environmental degradation is also evident (Sidney, 54-56).

China’s projection of power from the Pacific Ocean, a geostrategic buffer zone between the United States and Asia led to conflicts among the concerned. The global international politics played a significant role in determining the specific parts belonging to a particular country. It thus led to difficulties in the access of the resources, and also control of the shipping routes became a challenge (Paskal, 50-52).

China has also led to the fragmentation of the global internet. The global digital market is affected by the new forms of internet devised. China maintains its stance that businesses conducted in China should be done in their way of conduction, which forces companies to change their approaches to the market. Google, for example, had to shift from their first attempted means into a new search engine was named Dragonfly (Sidney, 62-63).it was suited to meet the demands of the Chinese government in matters pertaining its conduct. Furthermore, China tends to encourage and built its internet search engines through local and homegrown internet tools and applications such as Taobao which is majorly used for online shopping, WeChat which is used as a social media for interaction and also the Baidu, correctly used as a search engine (Stephen 54-56). On the contrary, American companies showed the need for development and encouragement of both internal and external built companies through the push for the signing of the international internet agreement. Due to China’s role in lack of support to foreign companies, the country can be considered to be at fault for the global warring and not the USA (Paskal, 72-74).

Whereas China was fighting for a balance between the state powers, its citizens and the political powers, in the US, California passed a law without any federal support that was vital in matters of data privacy. The data protection law passed was essential in data privacy measures for the US citizens and all the users of the digital platforms within the US. It was crucial in the enhancement of internet policies, the market influence and the security issues addressed, critical for creating a competitive market (Stephen, 58-60).

During the warring states period, China was marked by a significant shift in alliances and also transport networks, a range of philosophical and also political schools of thought and even new currency forms and writing (Sidney, 70).

Further, China emits a lot of carbon, which comes out from the burning of fossil fuels. The emissions are more than that of the UK, and the United States combined. Burning of coal is mainly done due to the rising demands in electricity need, the increasing consumption of oil and natural gas.  As a result; this brings a crisis to the environment and the economy (Paskal, 79).

Besides, China is the biggest investor in the greenhouse technology sector, spends massively on infrastructural projects which include railways and has a massive market for electric cars. Besides, it invests a lot in nuclear power while also its huge population transforms into extensive energy use hence high levels of emissions. For this reason, China can be majorly blamed for the climate changes it is causing as a result of the emissions. Emissions can further lead to ecological problems (Stephen, 62-64).

Chinas support of the UN narrative, namely the Paris agreement, tends to convince the other UN leaders of their intention to shut down the modern technology in the western. However, they replace it with the dirty and non-friendly greenhouse technology which leads to environmental pollution. Donald Trump threatens of US’s withdrawal from the agreement since it does not necessarily serve the purpose it is meant for (Paskal, 88-90).

Chinas intention to focus and invest in their stock markets fails to work out. Their investment in the stock market means that the country’s model of export to the United States hits its end. The move fails to be sustainable and does not work out for the country hence its falling (John, 11-13).

Further, America’s secret in technological and personnel matters have been stolen by Beijing, while also antagonizing of US allies in the south of China has been evident.also, the killing and imprisonment of US’s informants was apparent (Stephen, 68-70). China has also been using unfair trading practices in its economic affairs. Besides, due to China’s pursuance and efforts in global trade, which is done through an initiative dumped “Belt and Road,” water problems, which is caused by pollution on the water is a problem that will affect the worldwide community (Paskal, 103-105).

China further condemns the monetary policies in the US, though it is the second on the public debt of the US. It further critics US’s fiscal policy and deficits. Besides, the Chinese government depends on the US dollar for its economic growth. The military spending and also the planning of China are further on the rise. The geopolitical between China and the United States was as a result of the economic growth in China, whereby it also led the creation of an anti-block in the Northeastern region of Asia (Paskal, 139).

Conclusion

Understanding of the weaknesses and breaking them into small manageable components which can help combat is the problems is essential to the Chinese government in reducing its fault in global warring. Climate change impacts are not only climatic but also security, geopolitical and even economic. Formulation of ways to end or prevent the problems is essential in helping combat the issue of global warring. A three-stage framework can be devised to mitigate the issues. The stages can be: first getting prepared before the crisis happens, secondly managing the systems involved in the event of a disaster, and thirdly development and implementation of the long term strategies. China’s activities which lead to global warring are enough evidence that global warring is China’s fault and not the USA.
