The concept of the event is to ensure that the primary stakeholders (bride and groom) have a memorable experience of the wedding and ensure all the involved parties are left with a feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment within the planned time, a budget constraint of particular amount, and a list of a given number of invited attendees. 4) Marketing the event

It would involve designing like a SIM card package and which is much prettier when printed out. About 200 invitations would be ordered to be distributed the invited guests. The means of communication to be used before the material day would be just via the cell phones.
There would be hired vehicles which will be used to ferry the guests from their places to the venue of the event. They would be welcomed and directed to the reception hall. The hall decorators would ensure everything is in place, seats to be well arranged and dining table should be available.
5) Meal service
The couple determines the reception menu of their choice. Various companies are researched which would prepare the meals for the guests. These companies mostly depend on the choices of the bride and the groom. Caterer available is verified on the material day. Arrangements of a meeting for the caterers and the couple is organized to discuss the menu. The caterer is selected, booked and confirmed if ready for reception.
6) Entertainment

The wedding garment is reviewed, invitations are selected together with thank you notes, a marriage license is ordered and pundit booked.
July 14 2019 to August 14 2019- address the invitations via mails, choose the cake to be used and give a detailed menu to the caterer, select and make the order of the wedding garment, make an order of the party favours, order for decors, reserve means of transport for the day of wedding, ensure hotel reservations for the wedding night.
August 14, 2019, to September 14 2019- appointments of makeup and hair are made, cake and menus are finalized, décor, wedding clothes and list of guest are finalized and final confirmation of the reservations.
9) Cost estimations/budget
The proposed budget of the wedding about is $12,000 for the three months and is estimated in consideration of the 200 guests and funded by the sponsor (the parents).
9.1 Budget for the reception: Includes fees for the site, expenses of catering, food and drinks, and cake; that sums up to about $5000.
Rentals/venue reception: about $900 to $1,100; the factor that may affect price are how the location is populated, all that is supplied, number of guests and the day when the event is held.
