Team activities in my company
Team activities in my company which was observed in my previous courses are as follows:
- Allowing team members in the team decision-making process
- Allowing team members to express their views in the team meeting
- Creating a session for team interaction where all the team members were able to express the current status of the team and ways to improve the standard of the team
Yes, I have a good feeling about teamwork. Teamwork reduces individual work pressure and enhances collective productivity.
Our boss/instructor defines incentives as the performance standard. Incentives are only provided at the time when the employees achieve or overachieve the target set by the organization.
Productivity increases with the enhancement of incentive. A high incentive standard motivates employees to perform more efficiently. An efficient performance standard increases the level of productivity.
