There is also the issue of insufficient nutrients and infections are easily contacted and that leads to so many complications that attract awful life time outcomes. So residents here getting their child to the world healthy is a big challenge leave alone preventing them from unpleasant life outcomes.

Substance use is another frequent evidence among the accident of birth incidents. Most of the women who unexpectedly get pregnant and they are not in control of their child bearing circumstances but they have to end up being depressed and they may choose to indulge into drugs. And since most leave in a poverty level there is no health that can faster diagnose that the mother is using substance and safe the fetus. So the fetus is likely to suffer a  mental or a physical impairment  problem that will cause problems to them in their entire life.

The environment one is exposed to during pregnancy if not favorable can lead life time consequences on the fetus. Currently, the American social policy has been evolved in a way that it helps in the effects of accident of birth. The program ensure that the disadvantaged children acquire appropriate social skills. Social skills not only helps this kids with their personal lives but also gives them a key a successful job. One having social skills is able to think out situations critically and come up with a decision that better suits in solving the problem and this is the core requirement in a job set up.

The program encourages the development of social and emotional growth. Because this two are fundamental if one needs to survive in today’s society. One has to be able to connect with people socially, interact with them and be able to balance emotional circumstance. If one hasn’t developed either socially or emotionally life is always going to feel like a puzzle one can’t solve.  So social policy dictate this to be offered at the early stages of life in order to shape a kid’s life outcome and ensure they have what the world requires.

Maintaining blood ties among children that are a result of accident of birth is another concern for the social policy. The American public policy is struggling to ensure that this kids are placed in the same foster care or that there placements ensures close contact among them. This is being advocated in order to ensure that a kid have someone they can trust and rely on through the most difficulty life situations. The idea of kids being placement anyway anyhow and being expected to bear with the circumstances has been an awful one. Others go through depression and anxiety due to the places they are placed in and this affects them in their emotional growth throughout their life. This situation leaves them being unable to establish any emotional relationships in their lives.

Another aspect is about providing social programs that ensures that a kid is talked through self-acceptance and they can raise their self-esteem. Being born in harsh conditions and having to grow through them can affect how a kid feels about themselves and how much they value their worthy. So to better this kids, the social policy have come up with programs that are capable of changing the negative psychological thoughts of this kids. This is a major contribution in changing future life outcomes of this children and ensuring they have what it takes to conquer the world.

John Rwals is an American political philosopher who developed the theory of justice as fairness. The theory describes Free State residents that should hold equal basic rights and be incorporated in an equal economic system.  He designs justice as fairness around certain interpretation of ideas that residents in a society are free and feel equal. Rwals says that a society should advocate for equality. With this arguments, he sees it as a way of solving the conflict that exists between the ideas of freedom and equality that have been identified both by the socialists that critic liberal democracy and by the conservatives that critics modern welfare of the state.

In Rwal’s ideas, residents are not only free and equal. They are rational and reasonable as well. Reasonable residents they have the capacity to enact fair terms of cooperating even when it means compromises their own interests. And rationale ones they are capable of pursing their own view of what is valuable in a human’s life.

In conclusion, biologically we are all under the accident of birth outcomes. Therefore we all deserve public policies that ensure we get equal social welfare. We are all supposed to be exposed to same situations despite our races, economic states and social status. Every child that is born should be able to access suitable education, move above primitive cultural backgrounds, given a chance to work beyond their genders, and get better family circumstances. And all this can only be achieved through better and able social public policies.
