The form of operationalization that the researcher has adopted in the two variables that are bribery and political influence affects federal justice. Corruption is a significant problem in the federal government of the United States of America if the recent events and surveys are anything to consider. This research paper investigates extent rot in judicial justice of the federal government in the United States of America and how it jeopardizes the justice of many of its citizens. This research employs qualitative analyzing to look into the topic

This research paper assumes both exclusion and inclusion research parameters that are attached to the nature of the study. The researcher further employed a research string that is the critical words for the thematic search. Specific search strings keenly on the effects of political influence and bribery in the judicial system. This finding is a sample, and hence it represents the total population. The research questionnaire research instrument, the purpose of this are because it fits the nature of this study. This study expects significant results on how corruption cripples judicial justice. The data output will assume will focus on the mean percentage of the offenses in legal prosecution. The process employed to interpret and report findings is by looking into the past researches done and finally explain them in detail before the conclusion.

LITERATURE REVIEW

Corruption is well defined as the way of criminal offense and dishonesty by an organization or an individual who is charged with the responsibility of authority to gain access to illicit benefits or even the abuse of authority and power bestowed upon them for someone’s private gain (Tatham, 2013). Judicial corruption is attached to the misconduct of judges, who engage in improper sentencing of criminals who have been convicted, bribes, biasness in the judgment, and subsequently hearing of cases and malpractices of the like nature (Tatham, 2013).

The two primary forms of corruption within the federal judicial system are bribery and political interferences. Political interference happens when the member of the executive branch, a politician, or the legislative get caught up in the judicial matters or forms an alliance with judges in fraud schemes (Stevens, 2005). A loose judiciary can be employed by those within the power to bring forth protection for and aid in the legitimacy of fraudulent actions. There is also a high chance of the judiciary forming a force together with politicians in various white-collar crimes, for instance, embezzlement, extortion and, embezzlement (Stevens, 2005). Mohamed Nasheed, who is the former president of the Maldives, termed the judiciary as “the most corrupt institution in the country” (Stevens, 2005). This is by the fact that the executive arm of government employed the judiciary as a tool to intimidate rivals and opponents with politically-motivated issues.
