Mission and Vision
Therefore, as a Human Resource Executive, helping the employees align with the mission and vision statements of the organization, the objectives of the organization should link with the team, and individual goals will be my primary strategy. I will ensure that the goals of the organization should be achievable for every employee. Therefore, I will ensure that the organization considers some form of reward or recognition for every employee who achieves its mission and the vision (Harder, 2017). Also, I may consider frequent brainstorming meetings with the members of the organization. Besides, employees wish to work in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Thus, allowing them to have their opinions listened and considered empowers the strategies of the organization.

Also, a job analysis will not only the training and development needs of the employees within an organization but also helps in determining compensation plans and incentives for the employees. Similarly, Job descriptions are essential in setting measurable performance goals based on the duties and responsibilities section and train the employees to meet the expectations of the job description (Browdy, 1996).
New employee performance management system
Successful implementation of a new performance management system requires collaboration among the stakeholders and key decision-makers within the organization. For success, human resource can collect their insights on the new system and make amends where necessary. However, it is essential to communicate the reasoning, the objectives, and the strategy with the whole team. Communicate promptly and ensure everyone collaborates before beginning the implementation process.
