Corporate social responsibility CSR is a word used to describe the effort of accompanying in improving its efficiency. The initiatives range from donating money to nonprofits to implementing environmental policies in the workplace. The main agenda of any corporate social responsibility is to make sure it offers financial aid to the customer rather than exploiting them. Apart from the corporation giving people financially, all moral support is required to make sure it supports people morally by considering the three corporate social responsibilities, environmental, philanthropic and the ethical (De Jong & van der Meer, 2017). In connection to that, this paper analyzes the Environment conservation, a Corporate Social Responsibility CRS Efforts of an Organization.

Environment conservation is one of the corporate social organization that aims at saving the environment from collapsing through the work of human beings or natural degradation. The human being is supposed to protect the environment from collapsing through social activities, among other factors that cause environmental pollution. The main aim of preserving our environment is to make sure both tress and animals survive well in the ecosystem without depleting natural resources. Through the challenges faced by these when preventing issues affecting our environment, the corporate social responsibility of an organization have a formal sustainability program that aid in making sure everything is in order and the natural resources are prevented from being exploited.

The organization have a formal sustainability program by ensuring all possible and suitable plans to maintain our environment are put in order. Through the commitment of the world summit on social development, the issues raised on how to make sure the setting are free from exploitation was recommended some core areas that contribute to the philosophy and social science sustainable development. The main aim of coming up with such plans was to encourage the human being to understand the value of taking care of the environment. It also ensures that the future generation is in a position to take responsibility and promote conservation of natural resources. It will also help in creating chances for innovation and setting up businesses that will enable the creation of job opportunism to the thousands of jobless youths.

The Corporate Social Responsibility CRS aims at promoting social development. The fact that there are many facets to this pillar, the most critical point is to make awareness to the people (Lim & Greenwood, 2017). Through social development, the government is in apposition to create awareness to the people regarding the importance of conserving the environment. The legislature passes the rule that protects the destruction of the environment care. The main reason is to impose the laws that protect people from interfering with the environment. Social development aids a lot in ensuring the health of people is catered for as the main list. It also encourages people to participate in environmental sustainability and teaching about the effects of interfering with the environment.

Consequently, sustainability plays a very critical role in organizing strategic plans. It ensures the law is made and followed by everyone regarding the conservation of the environment. The Preservation of the environment act as a booster for the growth of the economy as well as the well-being of the people. The organization also helps in ensuring the environment all water catchment area is protected from being destructed through human activities. It also ensures the wild animals are protected. Through the protection of the situation, the economy of the country is boosted by encouraging the tourism industry. The conservation of the environment aims at promoting agricultural sectors which act as the backbone of many countries globally. When government discourages deforestation and instead encourage afforestation, helps in creating an environment suitable for the survival of all creatures (Kim et al., 2018). The effective of the conserving the situation can be used as an example to the rest of the countries to follow the same path when making laws to create a chance for balancing the ecosystem. All people felt the impact of the long term plans of conserving the environment through achieving the required goals of sustainability.

Many challenges are facing the corporate social organization globally. For the country to be stable, the social factors that surround people should be upheld. There is a great relationship between the well-being of people and the environment. The destruction and fail to take care of the background creates a significant challenge in the industry sectors. With industrialization, the impact of the business on the society and the environment assumes a new aspect. The destruction of the forest will have a negative effect on all industries since every industry depends on the situation in one way or the other. Socially, the well-being of the people is made better through the conservation of the environment. The resources found in conserving the background are the primary source of health. Therefore, failure to save the environment can lead to massive destruction of lives. The economy of the country mainly depends on the resources found underneath the earth. The exploitation of the environment leads to the destruction of all the natural remedies alongside the lack of jobs to the people who work on those industries. It becomes a big challenge since there will be the closure of all industries hence leading to more crime rates in the town due to lack of job opportunities. Through the conservation of the environment, there could be the creation of more job opportunities for the people. The issues of nurturing natural resources can convince many investors and invest since there is the hope of good returns.

The objectives and target of the sustainability efforts are to make sure there is an excellent plan to conserve the environment, which acts as the primary source of all resources for the different types of industries. To meet those goals, the government should intervene in the forefront to make laws that prevent the destruction of natural resources and more so the forest which acts as water catchment areas. By enabling those factors, there will be a lot of resources which can run different industries hence providing job opportunities to the people. For instance, the business industries there the conservation installs business values like Integrity Honest, Trust, Passion, and fun. All those business values and ethics are essential for the success of business ideas.

In conclusion, for any organization to come up with a formal sustainability program, the organization three corporate social responsibility should make sure it comes with strategic plans. The plans should address the type of CSR, like environment, ethical and humanitarian, which aims at bringing positive impact to the industry. It is only achieved through adhering to the values and ethics than is essential for the sustaining the economy of the country.
