The energy graph shows that am an effortless explorer. I love indulging in new activities and putting all my efforts into them. Diligently, I ensure that I use the resources allocated for any of my new activities. The categories showed in the chart are Explore, Examine, Execute, Excite, and Evaluate -they are rated with extreme, effortless, stress, or deliberate. Moving from one category is very easy. The extreme score shows that an individual is comfortable in the state they are experiencing. The extreme-execute type shows that an individual has the willingness to achieve their goals, but different situations are holding them back. Stress is a situation where an individual is drained and finds it hard to go after the goals. Deliberate shows that a person is trying to make efforts to get the energy to perform their daily activities. Different people get different scores from the graph. I got a rating of effortless, except for a field I got extreme. I can move from one energy to another in other different activities. I am talented and always interested in asking questions where I do not understand the concepts.
For communication to be effective, a person needs to pass it in the right tone and gestures to avoid conflicts. It is very crucial to be sincere with what you feel rather than hold back to avoid an argument. Every individual should be open about what they believe in and respect other people’s opinions. Being a keen listener allows a person to value other people’s mindset without undermining them. After an argument, I have learned to think through it to acknowledge if the other person was right, and if they were, appreciate that they tried to bring sense into you.
As a student, I have to balance my school work and still focus on my job, which is quite tiring and involving, but I will get through it successfully. I want to restore both parts of my life, and I hope my family can support me in that. I need people who will remind me not to overwork myself and emotional and physical support any of my plans. My interest in exploring is growing every day, and I have to work to ensure that I do not skive classes. I have proposed to have evening classes and compress my class schedule so that I cannot miss out on graduating. I have to effortlessly involve myself and other people in my work so that I achieve every goal at once without losing focus.
The course I am taking is involving and enhances my creativity. Any individual should be aware of what gives them stress and what makes them comfortable in life-this helps them focus more on bettering their life. A person can learn how to react when different issues hit them and successfully make plans. Focusing on bringing a team to work together peaceful makes one a good leader. I feel that my score depicts that I can naturally make a good leader- I can make my team productive in their activities. I have come to realize that every person should be aware of their personality. Being informed about one’s character helps anyone co-relate with others of different personalities without disagreements. I focus on being myself and having a different life from others because that makes me feel better about myself.
