This video is related to this week’s reading since it addresses issues of leadership. It is an interview on five qualities of successful leaders. The first quality discussed in the interview is passion and curiosity. It refers to have a deep sense of engagement with the world questioning mind. The second quality is battle-hardened confidence it is having a track record of facing down adversity. The third one is team smarts; “you have a right antenna for achieving dynamics and a real sense of bringing people together (Bryant, p.88). Having Simple mindset should be in every leader it is the ability to distil much of information in things that matter. When you stand before a group of employees, you don’t want to say to them, fearlessness, which is just a bias toward action but a willing to take risks and to see things that can to change to be improving.
This video is about leadership .The ideas discussed in the interview is on how the leaders perform their duties so as to be successful, their source of encouragement and determination and how they advise people in the society about leadership(Bryant,p,56). From the video, we learn that leaders should have good qualities to meet the companies need. For example, a leader should be having a mindset, good decision maker, and able to keep records. Eventually these are a quality of a leader which lead to meeting the objectives and aims the company (Bryant, p.20). Making it more competitive in the market and to an individual, it can lead to job promotions. The young are also encouraged to consult and learn leadership qualities.

There so many leaders in the world but some have good leadership qualities. Personally, the following are my favorite leaders. Allan Mulally, the CEO of a ford, is a leader I imitate. It has been impressive that he is good leadership and management styles that have helped change the company of ford to be competitive in the market. According to him “it is an honor to serve “This is remarkable, humble leadership style for the executive as Mulally and is a fascinating way to think (Hoffman, p.108). Everyone is part of the team and should participate. He also advocates for change in technology. This leader has got high order thinking and made decision for the company .He also has passion in his work and gives it the best.
Padmasree Warrior is a successful leader she is a, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, of Cisco .Padmasree has successfully lead to modern organization in fostering and encouraging the creative ideas networked world (Bryant, p.90). This leader helps people on creativity and innovation retaining .This insight me of the good leadership quality of being creative and innovative.
Another great leader to I like is McChrystal a retired US army officer. He also teaches a leadership class .McChrystal is also a very committed leader and has got some of the good leadership skills, and I can give him credit for being successful in his life. Aforementioned is as a result of determination as a leader.
Aaron Levie, the CEO of cloud computing, is also another leader who is the innovator and a good entrepreneur (Clark, p.128) .He believes in technology changing that technology changes with time. I do like this leader because he portrays a real picture that leaders should be innovating, and ready to adapt to change.
