Work culture makes an organization unique and highlights its traditions, values, and attitudes. A positive corporate culture is instrumental in fostering positive relations with all the stakeholders. It acknowledges the role played by the junior workers. There is thus consolidation of the employees’ welfare, rights, and working conditions.
