Superhero Backstory: Beyond my Capabilities Lies Great Potential
Right from my humble beginning, I have always aspired to be part of the solutions to the world’s problems. I have always found waking up to devastating news on large scale conflicts, climate change effects, widening inequalities and discrimination, poverty, corruption, and insecurity as daunting. I have always asked myself: What can I do as a rational inhabitant of this world to live it better than I found it? It has ever been my conviction that if every rational and healthy human being can identify their strengths and channel them effectively towards doing something positive however little the individual efforts might be, the world would be the best place to live in, both for the present and the future generations. My strengths would be a stepping stone towards amplifying my superpowers, which are critical in ensuring that I maximize my efforts towards doing my part for a better world.
Strengths
Strong work ethic has been the primary strength that I find critical in maintaining discipline and hard work throughout my career path. While some people would want to do as little work as possible as much as they get paid, I tend to possess a motivation within me to dedicate to my work and give it my very best. Something I fear most is a failure, and I would do anything within my power to ensure that I perform well even if it means working extra hours. Self-discipline, honesty, and trustworthiness have always aroused my aspirations to be a team player who is dedicated, never quits, reliable, dependable, and determined to succeed.
With the new advancements, especially in the business sector, using the computer is the basic skill that a person must have. I believe that my advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a significant strength worth recognizing. More than ever before, businesses are exposed to and have to deal with vast of both small data and big data and make decisions using the sieved and analyzed information. With advanced knowledge in Excel, I find myself well-poised to deal with such data and make them more meaningful and usable.
I am also an exceptional positive mentor who loves sharing professional knowledge and expertise. I have come to know that meeting and sharing with a person can have an immense impact on their day, year, or entire life. I, therefore, do not take the responsibility of mentoring others lightly but instead focus personal interests towards establishing sustainable mentorship relationships and do it with zeal.
