Dreamlink’s culture has been characterized by generational gaps and differences in attitudes and beliefs. The ability to collaborate and execute various roles is influenced by several elements. Firstly, employees from various parts of the world must work together to ensure the success of the organization. However, various barriers have hindered this achievement. The business world is ever-changing. As such, it is essential to ensure constant updates of the way of doing things within the organization.

The organization’s climate has seen a tremendous improvement over the years. Based on the survey results obtained from last year, it is evident that the organization has made important steps towards attaining its goals. However, there has been insufficient reporting of the results obtained from the survey. In broader terms, the organization has failed to communicate the current climate to the public. While the customer department has been ready to address customer issues, it has lost public trust due to insufficient information to the public (Ehrhart, & Kuenzi, 2017).

Organizational ethics plays a major role in shaping the conduct of employees within and outside the organization’s scope. Dreamlink inc has improved its reputation through regular educational conferences and strict punitive measures for violators. Overall, employees have shown an improvement in their behavior, thus making the workplace a conducive environment to grow their careers. I suggest that we provide customers and the public in general with the results obtained from the climate survey. This will restore the trust of the public in the organization, thereby improving its productivity.

While making vital decisions regarding the organization, it is essential to involve employees. This will make them feel like part of the team and therefore increase their job satisfaction. The general idea of improving the working conditions is to create a people-focused culture where the efforts of individuals are recognized and rewarded. Given this, I recommend that we give employees various benefits, including health benefits, to ensure their well-being while undertaking their tasks (Treviño et al. 2017).

Consequently, employees have been denied a chance to express their views and opinions on various matters pertaining to them. Therefore, it is appropriate to hold regular meetings and grant employees a chance to raise their views. By doing so, we will gain their trust and also understand their grievances from their perspective. While maintaining discipline in the organization is essential, making employees feel valued is equally important.

Further, I believe that educating employees on how to interact with individuals from diverse cultures is also essential. Given that dreamlink inc is an international company, it is important to ensure the coexistence of various cultures within the organization. This brings creativity by ensuring collaboration and integration of beliefs and values within the workforce (Sapada et al. 2018)

Overall, I believe it is important to take timely precautions to avoid disputes within the workplace as a result of cultural diversity and differences in belies. This can only be achieved by establishing strict rules and punitive measures for employees who go against the set rules. I suggest that employees who violate these rules to be relieved of their duties or given compulsory leaves. This will serve as an example to potential violators to modify their behaviors and adhere to the rules set by the management. The importance of punishment is to show employees that their actions have consequences. It would also be important for one-on-one meetings to be held for employees who have personal issues. This will create a sense of trust and eliminate the need for riots by employees. I believe that teamwork and dedication will help the organization move forward and be an exemplary company in the world.
