Reliability- open source is more reliable. Thousands of workers are always busy developing and improving open-source software. Meaning, it’s easy for a person to note a flaw hence fixes it immediately.
Flexibility- OSS is about adaptability. Clients of open-source programming profit by the opportunity to change the product such that suits their business needs.
