Introduction

It is a video recording system that is typically utilized by law enforcements to record their interactions with public or gather video evidence at crime scenes. Body cameras were produced by Executive Foundation Police Tony Farrar, chief of the Rialto (CA) Police Department. There are internal and external privacy policies. The bill entails both video footage from body cameras and video from police car crash.
