A minority is a small group in a community or country. In the United States, African Americans are the most significant minority (Smallbone et al., 2015). The minority in the business face several issues that, in many years, have not been resolved. Minority business owners in the United States, even though they have hoped for more opportunities in the new future, still their Businesses are affected by several challenges.

For many years cases of racism have been an issue in the United States (Smallbone et al., 2015). Racism has become a culture in the US. Dealing with the issue of racism is hard because it has become generation issues that require a proper approach to be resolved. Racism has made the life of none American hard, annd this is why minorities are facing challenges in their business. Minorities have been complaining for many years that the issue of racism is affecting their business, but nothing has changed. Racism is an issue that should be resolved by the government. Dealing with this issue will bring peace to America..

I decided to conduct this research to identify if it is true that discrimination affects the Minority in the United States, and to what extent it has changed the African Americans (Smallbone et al., 2015). The research on the challenges minority business owners is vital because it helps to know the kind of challengers minorities are facing in the United States. The study will also help business people to understand what to expect when setting business as a minority. The research conducted was done using information from the scholarly and also few minority business owners. The research from the scholarly provided vital information which readers can rely on. The peer-reviewed journals were used, and the essential information was picked from the affected minorities; three minority business owners were interviewed, and the information found from them was indicated and considered as the most important.

It is essential to read this research because, with the research, the White Americans who are the majority will know the impact their actions are causing the minority. The majority might not have to see the impact of their actions because this has been in many generations. Thus with this research, the Minority might see what is behind the scene, and this might help them to change their actions. It is crucial to make the change in action because this will help the country to avoid the issue in the next generation, thus breaking the culture of discriminating the minorities.  The Minority from this research will be in a better position to understand why there are challenges in their Business. The research also will help the Minority who want to start Business in the United States to know what to expect and weigh if the risk is worth it.

The information in this paper is beneficial for every person who will read it because it will help the reader to understand much about the Minority. Lastly, the research will help the government if they read by showing them how minorities are affected, and this can help to make a quick decision to help the Minority to fight the challenges. The government plays a significant role as it is expected to protect its people; therefore, from this research, the government will know what is happening in the country. The government might find untold information, which will help it to make a quality approach to resolve the issue.

The significant challenges minority business owners are facing in the United States is discrimination (Rice, 2016). Discrimination of Minorities is very common, and this affects a lot the business owners. Due to discrimination, the Minority have no opportunities in their Business. Any business aims to expand; this is one of the opportunities any business will like to have.

Discrimination lowers the chances of getting opportunities like the Minority lack social capital and financing. Businesses cannot run without funds; thus, this makes it hard for the minority business owners to improve in Business, thus lowering the opportunities. Minorities as much as they are trying to start businesses, it is still hard for them to run businesses due to the challenges that affect them, and this affects a lot the economy of the country. The 2017 research found out those minority business owners increased a lot between 2007 and 2017, but even if this is the case, still the challenges are the same.

Discrimination in the United States is common; the white Americans have been noted to practice this significantly for many years (Oc et al., 2019). When African Americans start their business, it becomes hard for them to run the Business because of discrimination. The scholarly information shows that all along the Africa Americans have been facing discrimination, and this has made their life hard in the American because they feel they are not treated the same as the White Americans even though they are both citizens.

From the research, it is clear that minorities are having challenges in the United States. If the issue cannot be resolved, it will be hard for Minorities in the future to run their own Business as the challenges cause a lot of limitations. The most important information for this research is the information from the minority business owners who gave all the information on what they go through in the United States. Communicating with the affected people is vital. It provides the right information because the affected people when they explain, it is easy to see how they feel in their face. It is also essential to communicate with the affected people because you will get more information regarding the issue, unlike when using the information which was found from other sources.

Minority business owners have challenges, and this challenge makes it hard for them to run the Business (Didia, 2018). With the problems, it is hard for the Minority to have a positive attitude to the majority, and this can create a bad attitude between the two parties. The challenges minority business owners are facing is not only affect them in the Business, but also it is affecting their socialization. It is the role of the people to know that Business brings revenue to the country; thus, it is essential to give any person who is interested in conducting Business a chance and try to support the person. Business can be challenging when some people prefer others, and this will reduce the funds the country could get from the business industry. It is crucial to American to support all business people as this will bring more advantages to the country.

From the finding, it is clear that minority business owners have been affected for many years, and it is due to a lack of support from the government that they do not make their challenges visible. Second, since they are the minority, it is hard for them to make the rule that can favor them; thus, the problems remain, and this can affect them in the future significantly. It is hard for minority business owners to run Business in the United States due to the discrimination they face in their business, making it hard for them to run the Business. As the minorities are facing issues in their business, it is also hard for them to do Business with the majority because they will want to revenge, and this causes a significant impact on the country.

Minority business owners face discrimination in the United States (Bernard et al., 2014). Discrimination in Business affects a lot the Minority and the country at large. Minority discrimination in Business affects the business industry and owners. Unites States is the leading country when it comes to discrimination of the Minority. Discrimination of Minority is a global issue, but in the United States, the problems evolving from one generation to the other and the government seem not to do much, unlike many other countries.

Discrimination comes with several adverse effects; thus, as a country dealing with this issue can help the country significantly. The government needs to find a quality solution to help in resolving the problems. Discrimination affects not only the Business but also it affects the socialization of the people in the country.  Discrimination is a common challenge that minority business owners face. It has affected a lot of the country. It is hard for the state to move forward while other people are discriminated against. Unites States could be in a better position than where it is now id the issue of discrimination of the Minority could be resolved. It is hard for the Minority to do Business in the United States due to the challenges they face in Business. Most African Americans are trying to do Business, which has lead to an increase in the minority business owners, but this has not made the situation better.
