I can build confidence to be an effective teacher through speaking in public. Speaking to many people involves building confidence by thinking clearly and communicating effectively where fearless which I had before can be interfered with. I hope when addressing public in a conference, it will assist me to build confidence on what am speaking through answering questions to the people concerning my topic of communication therefore I can make my meaning clearly to the people to understand my topic. Since I have been used to addressing many people my findings are that, I will be able to make an effective teacher where I can stand before students and teach effectively without fear since I have been used to public speaking, which has enabled effective thinking and communication (Carnegie, 2017).

I can apply the idea of public speaking in teaching to become an effective teacher in classroom, since a teacher is used to speaking to an individual or a small group once I am used to speaking to large group of audience I will develop creativity to be able equip students with ideas in different levels of performance. I can also apply the idea of public speaking to develop interactivity with the students and flexibility where I will be able to adapt new content depending on student’s response and therefore actively interact with the students. Through interactivity with students from the idea of public speaking a teacher can be able to identify the student’s weaknesses and strengths which is essential since a teacher can understand every type of students, he or she has therefore handling the students effectively and accordingly. I can apply the idea of public speaking to build confidence and competence and become an effective teacher.

I can build confidence in becoming an effective teacher by developing life skills for children to enhance academic achievement. This idea can involve introduction of arts education and music education, if art and music is made available to students in academic schedule it will boost their ability to perform since they can apply their knowledge in different fields of study. The idea of introducing art and music in school curriculum also builds students personal experience and they become competent in studies. The idea creates a balancing equilibrium in learning when the teacher can understand the best performance of students in class work and outside the class. This finding of introducing art and music in curriculum can build the confidence of the teacher in teaching since the teacher is able to nurture the talents of students in different fields of study (Coggins  & Colburn, 2018).

I can can apply the idea of introducing art and music in curriculum to become an effective through different ways. The idea creates an inclusive classroom. This means the teacher introducing music and art studies is able to engage students of all learning styles, all backgrounds and ability levels, this helps the teacher to transform the ideas of students to productivity since not all students are good to perform in class work. The other way to apply the idea is through focusing on engagement that is the teacher should be able to introduce a cohesive curriculum were the students can develop life skills and at the same time develop their academic performance. The application of this idea can help me to build confidence and become an effective teacher by diverting the ability of students.

I can build confidence in becoming an effective teacher by creating a research-based framework which help learners to understand the importance of forming partnerships and cooperation of schools and the community to form a family. The idea of partnership of community and school is important once introduced by a given teacher since the teacher is able to recognized by parents and partners therefore, he or she improvises the confidence and competence required in school work. This strategy is a key important objective for schools to improve through the effort of the teacher.my finding guides me to become an effective teacher and adopt strong confidence on my duties as a teacher (Epstein, 2018).

I can apply the idea of framework for partnership between the school and community to improve my effectiveness of becoming a confident teacher. Once I obtain that strategy the partners can help the school to grow academically and grow in infrastructure. The school can use the community resources to help realize its success and progress. Partnership also is important for parents to serve and boost the school activities were the two corporate and work as family aiming to a common goal and that is the academic excellence and educational performance. Once I introduce the strategy of partnership of the school and the community, I will gain confidence by recognition where I will be transforming to an effective teacher through building an initiative of students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders in working together for a common objective.

I can build confidence to become an effective teacher through performing research on how to improve school and empower educators. This involves empowering pre-service educators and in-service educators were the teacher conducts a form of guidance and counselling in a classroom or the school in general for students to realize their potential in becoming educational giants having knowledge and skills not only the academic knowledge but also knowledge can be obtained through research studies.as a teacher I can improve the school through communication with stakeholders and interested parties to contribute their effo9rts together and better the school were students can achieve, by so doing and using such idea I can build my confidence to and become an effective teacher (Fauzi et al, 2018).

This idea, I can apply the idea to better the academic qualification of students since it will help me to enlighten the students that to acquire enough knowledge and skills it depends on personal performance but not the little knowledge given by the teacher. This will make students to work hard in doing research for their own with no need for the teacher, this boost their level of understanding and helps them to acquire relevant knowledge and skills. The idea of improving the schools helps the educators to work and learn comfortably which help in improving their performance. Once I apply the idea of empowering educators and effort to improve schools it will highly build confidence on my occupation and eventually become an effective teacher with enough confidence and competence.

Besides incorporating active  learning is among the idea which is  presented in the various articles  to  aid  or  facilitate building  my  confidence as  an effective teacher. From this idea which presented in the article, the act of incorporating or using active learning directly enables teachers, in planning besides exasperating out some new schooling policies to plans. In addition I  have  realized that integrating active learning enables  teachers  to acquire an opportunity  which  will  definitely subject or  make  them to  engage in same style of learning they  are  designing for their students. Therefore some of the findings  which I  have obtained or  acquired based  on the idea  or point (incorporating active  learning)  is that  it  enhances  teachers to  move  away  since out-of-date erudition  representations  plus various  surrounds that are  oration  founded besides  lack undeviating  linking to educators, schoolrooms as well  as undergraduates. In addition the use of the models of effective practice is as among the ideas which are presented in this article to aid in making me an effective teacher. From this idea   I  have  realized that modeling  various  instruction is vital, since it aids  teachers to  acquire  clear  vision of how the various best  practices   appear or  look  like. Some of  the models which are  suggested for  the  teachers  to  view  include lesson plans, unit samples as  well as observation of  peer  teachers.

Therefore incorporating active  learning aids in building  my confidence to be an effective teacher simply because while  designing and  trying new teaching  strategies, I  will  be having the freedom  to express creativity. This will  definitely  subject or  lead me  to acquire confidence  which   will  enable  me  to  be an  effective  teacher due to the  presence  of  freedom which will  definitely enable me exercise  creativity in designing  and  trying  to  new  ways or  methods of  teaching. Having designed established new strategies in teaching (Darling-Hammond et al, 2017). I  will  be  able  to teach students  effectively since  I  shall be having enough knowledge and skills pertaining the teaching strategies  or  plans  which I will  have  established or designed hence having  enough confidence  while  teaching  students  concerning the  strategies or plans I have  designed.  The  act of viewing  the  lesson plans as well as  observing  peer teachers wool definitely aid in  building  confidence  in me hence being an effective  teacher. Having viewed  lesson plans,  I  will be able  to acquire  knowledge and skills  on how  to teach  since they  will be aware  of  the various  lesson plans or  strategies.
