In 1800, the Awadh kingdom took over control of India by weakening the Mughal Empire. Later on, Awadh formed a powerful dynasty that controlled India for about one decade. The dynasty was ruthless in some way because it forced many Indians to start paying several taxes in the name of trying to revive the economy the poor state caused by the Mughal empire. During the times of Awadh dynasty, the living cost of India went high such that few Indians were in a position to afford the cost for meeting basic needs. This made the life of Indians unbearable under those harsh conditions.

During the year 1880, three Islamic dynasties took over control of the wealthiest regions of India. The struggle for available resources in India y these dynasties saw the deterioration of the general economy of empires such as Mughal empire. The struggle resulted in the death of Indians as the dynasties hired Indians to increase their fighting force for the resources, especially the minerals in central and northern parts of India. The 18th-century India has caused many harms to Indians until the emergence of revolutionary movements which were intensified by the coming of the Europeans in India. Revolutionary activities that saw India become a democratic nation can best be linked to the numerous oppressive events cultivated by the empires and dynasties in the 18th century.

Part 3: What were the cause and the consequences of the war of 1812?

The period between 1809 and 1815 was one of the most significant periods in America that saw America acquire its position in world politics and economy. Until this period America was viewed by other superpowers such as the French, Britain and Germany as a threat to the economic and political growth of the other nations of the world, including the superpowers. The immediate cause of the war was the many economic sanctions in America directed by the British and French governments. This was a move adopted by the two superpowers as part of the Napoleonic wars. The British government released many orders drafted by its council, which can be argued that to a greater extent, the many orders crippled American position in the world trade. America had tried to respond appropriately to the many shocks induced by the British government council.

This actually what prompted the American administration during the rule of President Madison to declare war against Britain in a move restore the American lost control in world trade and economics? The American council signed congress papers and declared war against the British in the year 1812. Besides, the close links between the American government and the French government was also a cause of the war. Britain was not comfortable with the close relationship exhibited by those two nations. This was the main reason why the Britain government started to put more unnecessary traded restrictions on America. America saw this as an economic threat, therefore, going to the extent of declaring war with Britain.

Another reason for the war was the move which was taken by Britain to provide military support to American Indians who were the main threat to the expansion of the American territory in the northwest. Based on the fact that Britain supported the resistance group, America declared Britain as an enemy, thus ending up in declaration from a war against Britain by the American government. The third factor that forced American to declare war in 1812 was the fact that it wanted to retain its honour in the face of the world against the many British insults which saw American almost lose it the dominant position of being a superpower nation.

The American-British war of 1812 had impacts on the relationship between the two nations. For instance, it affected the relations in trade, among other affairs between the two states. For example, the mistreatment of American sailors as well as the many trade restrictions that saw the general economy of America affected negatively. For instance, after the war, the economy of America dropped by 12% to a condition of economic hardship in America.

In conclusion, the war of 1812 affected the economy of America, which made America struggle for over two decades to fix its economy to benefit its citizens. The many restrictions on America by the British pulled America to almost losing its glory and prestige to the other nations by the fact that there was no action being taken. The consequences of the war affect the close relationship between America and Britain up to date.
