Analysis of the Network

The most common occupation in my list is a teacher. There are four teachers in the list three ladies and a man. The reason for this is because I have two relatives in the teaching field, and then they introduced me to their two colleagues who have come to know. The second most appearing occupation is the nursing field.

The average age of my network is 35 years old. The list includes people who have met and interacted with different functions, especially youth forums and meetings. Most of these people are in their thirties. The older adults in this group have known through my parents and other close relatives. Also, I have close friends who are in their thirties and already working on the list.

The gender representation in my list is pretty even. I have learnt to socialise pretty well with both men and women and thus the even gender representation. I have worked with both men and women, and therefore, I have learnt how to get through almost all sexes.

Yes, there are some occupations I would like having in my list, but they are not. First, I would love to have a pilot on my list. I have always admired piloting and related occupations. Also, I do not have a veteran on my list. I still like veterans and would love to have one in the future. Others include politicians and a surgeon.

Twelve per cent of my network is made up of people doing my current job. I am currently a customer service personnel. The number is pretty low since I just started the career, but I hope to get to know more people around this field. I have met other individuals in customer service, but I cannot put them in my list since we do not know each other’s name at the moment.

I was not afraid to put anybody I knew and knew their job on my list. This is because I have interacted with people doing different types of jobs, including shallow and high ones in the social ladder. Therefore I have learnt to appreciate other people’s hustles. However, I would have loved to put the high profile occupations only in my network.

Pauline Robinson is the person I look up to the most primarily because of her success in the business. She is a young woman but runs very successful companies include real estate. I definitely would love to be as successful as she has become.

There are repeating fields in my network like the teachers, nurses, customer service personnel and cashiers. The improvements I would like to make is having more people from the business world. I want to befriend most business people because I would love running my own business in the future.

A lawyer is an individual I find most challenging to work with. Most lawyers always see a loophole in all things and are still on the lookout even when there is no cause for alarm. To connect with lawyers more positively, I can change my attitude towards them and learn to appreciate them better.

If I got fired from my current job, I would go to Robert Torres. This is my uncle, and I have grown to look up to him, just like my father. I am profoundly attached to him, and I can easily open up to him. Besides his capability to find me another job, he is also kind-hearted and caring.
