Therefore the climate-adapted by an organization predicts whether its performance in the organization improves.  In addition, it essential to include the demographic make-up of the business in decision making and the overall culture. In enhancing the climate of ethical communication, the role of managers is considered among the top positions that influence the integration of an intercultural environment and other ethical dimensions.

Diversity awareness in an organization involves employee and management teams that embrace uniqueness in terms of race, social background, religious beliefs, race, gender, and age of an individual. Here, an organization supports intercultural ideas, including team members, decision-makers, and lack of discrimination, and stereotyping within an organization. On that note, communication diversity awareness in a company through transparency and openness among employees. For instance, a worker can be challenging colleagues’’ background to learn their culture and way of performing certain activities.  Diversity introduces new thoughts, ideas, experiences, and opinions that initially lacked in a team. In an organization, moral atmosphere includes rules, policies, and procedures, caring, and independence. Apart from ensuring that regulations are followed, the manager introduces new ethical factors to promote better performance and communication. The best strategy that can incorporate different cultures and diversification in the workplace involves that which has a fluid communication process and which management team leads by example. Here, the managers must embrace diversity and encouraged to learn about the background of the workers. Knowing the unique abilities of the workers can help promote cultural cohesion. Therefore, managerial awareness of ethical dimensions in the workplace encourages unity and teamwork of diverse individuals. The leaders are in a unique position to spread cultural awareness within an organization, which results in the creation of teams that consist of different workers. In addition to understanding the ethical dimension as a manager may help make an informed decision while reducing instances of discriminating or even stereotyping. The organization’s communication strategy is also improved through awareness that also incorporates an essential aspect of diversification.

Conversely, a manager with skills and knowledge on ethical dimensions can enact rules and policies to guide the new ideas. These rules are set to impact ethical principles among the employee and also help in decision making. In promoting ethical consideration, management can include specialists and professionals to encourage diversification.
