Still, despite having good sales at the start, it became evident that they needed to create awareness for more people to know about the business. The project will consist of a plan for an international awareness show that will happen on Friday, 22nd April 2020 (from 7 am-7 pm). The estimated total budget for the successful completion of the project is $90,000. The scope of the project dates up to 23rd July 2020, the expectations that the project deliverables should get achieved within the 60 days after the international fashion show. The event will get held in a hired theatre and models, and renowned people in the fashion industry will get invited. The event will be aired live on Insta-stories (Instagram), Facebook live and on T.V. There will be special offers and coupons for the local population who will attend the show. Project duration- The project is expected to begin on Thursday, 26th March 2020 and end on Thursday, 23rd July 2020. The duration is 4 months.

Step 3: Risk assessment.

The purpose of a risk management plan is to identify the risks at Bret-Jones designer shop and develop strategies applicable to eliminate the occurrence of the risks during the project lifecycle (Carbone and Tippette, 2004). The risk approach will include engaging with the stakeholders to determine the biggest risks. It will include a session of brainstorming and discussion to define all risks and develop countermeasures for each risk. Since most of the risks get deemed to take place during the event, the project team would get a regular briefing on how the project can get delivered promptly.   2. Complete all procurement processes. Since the project is closing, all remaining procurement processes will get completed. It helps in identifying the remaining activities and why the payment steps were yet to get completed.
  3. Gain client’s approval. The formal acceptance comes in when the client is satisfied that the project deliverables will take them to the next level of performance (Kerzner, 2018).
