            Self destiny of an individual is determined by various factors, for example, the decisions they make, choices, how they use their time and the things they do. A person’s decisions have a great impact on their fortune and their future lives. The wise use of your freedom to make your own decisions is crucial to your spiritual growth, now and for eternity (Nelson & Russell, 2016). Mostly, people who make wise decisions in the young stages of their lives have proven to be the most successful persons in the future. Also, proper thinking before decision making enhances the chances of better resolutions than those made in haste. Yearnings to learn and change come from a divinely instilled striving for eternal progression. Each day brings opportunity for decisions for eternity (Nelson & Russell, 2016). Besides, having a strong urge to be successful in life improves one’s ability to make good decisions since they are yearning for a better future. Moreover, how an individual utilizes his/her time determines their destiny; proper utilization of one’s time, like doing constructive activities also makes them successful. One’s choices is a determination of their destiny, because the positive and proper options yields a better tomorrow for most individuals.

Furthermore, the ways in which each person was brought up, the traditions and rules he/she went through in their childhood lives is also a major determinant of their destiny. What a person becomes is determined by how well or not he follows the various norms and values of the community and religion (Ibrahim & Abdulsalam, 2017). People who spent their childhood and teenage lives in strong religious background are often associated with bright destinies since the knowledge of God and good morals impact one’s life positively. Also, individuals who received punishments when they failed to follow certain rules in their families tend to be successful than those who had freedom to do whatever they wanted as a child. Besides, some cultures and communities punish or banish individuals who seem to be disobedient, lazy and rude hence kids have to follow the regulations to evade punishments. All these factors lead to a better destiny since good morals is always associated with success.

Moreover, companies also have to follow some rules to ensure future growth of the organizations. Strategy is concerned with the external and internal forces that have the potential to materially affect the company’s destiny (Burgelman, 2017). Proper utilization of resources and good maintenance of the company’s machine leads to a significant growth of the firm. A company that ensures right control of their materials and employees have good destiny because the good working environments leads to more growth of the organization. Also, a good relationship between the employees and the employers brightens the firm’s future because the staff will have morale to do their work leading to development of the company which in turn enhances the company’s destiny. Also, strategic decision making, such as involving the employees in decision making and in finding solutions to the organization’s problems have a positive effect on the company’s future.

Application in real life

            Aspects described above can be applied differently in each individual or company’s process to determine their destinies. Some developments have caused interest towards leisure time and period of time allocated to recreational activities to increase and these activities to diversify (Fatih, Bilgin & Metin, 2017). Rest from books is advised, but some college and high school students spend all of their time swimming or bike riding. Also, a college student has the freedom to make their own decisions, to play video games, go for a walk with friends, watch movies, go skating or read their notes when free from school. Students who prefer spending their time reading their books or in the library often have good destiny than those who prefer having fun all the time. Besides, an individual may be at a situation where he/she is supposed to choose between working with two different companies. At this level, they should carefully analyze information about the two organizations well to avoid regrets in the future. For instance, going for an organization with strict principles may be a better option than a firm with less work and no rules. The strict feature of a company enhances growth hence increasing the possibilities of a person receiving good pay than the lazy ones.

People who lived luxurious lifestyles in their childhood lives tend to have dull futures since they are used to having whatever they need. Besides, those who are from poor background work harder to acquire the things they never had the ability to experience as kids hence a bright destiny. In some cases, the rich kids have better futures too because of the available resources in their families. Individuals brought up in non religious families tend to have bad morals leading to poor futures. Companies that have bad control of resources, bad employee supervision and maintenance of machines tend to be shut down due to bankruptcy. In some cases, some people’s fate is always good whatever their behaviours or decisions but one has the ability to control and change their destinies.
