The Similarity and the differences are well exposed in the females and the male’s gender regarding their health. These differences are brought about by their mode of living and their lifestyles. Food intake plays a significant role in these health differences. Women are found to have high rates of contracting diseases as compared to males. Therefore, women have got higher morbidity late; this compares to the males. Similarly, the males have low chances of disease contraction compared to ladies though they have high mortality.

Great life anticipation for females is not a current growth, therefore not limited to any moral group. The grouping of females longer life and miserable life is mystifying. This is simply because of the female role gender licenses to acknowledge illness more readily compared to the male gender. Therefore, this provides women high morbidity chances, and similarly, women have a habit of monitoring their health more vigilant than men. Also, women seek quick medical attention whenever any problem is perceived. Thus, women receive more health care compared to men, which compares their lower death rates. Women likewise practice functional health activities, which lower the dangers for the leading reasons for death.

Health care system

Women are known to live longer as compared to men though they get sick more frequently. The combination of significant illness with lower death seems illogical. The role of gender and physiology contributes to this result. In women, the health care system and medication account for an increase in health services to women. This is because pregnancy and childbirth make females receive medical attention. Men are likely to avoid regular medical care and checkup. This is because men feel that they are well; therefore, no need for a medical checkup; thus, no need to access doctors.

Women, on the other hand, find it hard to evade health maintenance organizations regardless of the excellent health they find themselves in. Young females must seek advice from the health workers to obtain many forms of drugs, especially the ones that prevent pregnancies. Through such regular visits to the medical consultant’s extension, body checkup is also provided.

Young males receive no similar health checkup during their young maturity that might reveal physical problems. These perceived differences between the males and the females’, results in statistical concerning gender differences in receiving medical care. The grouping of gender roles and patient worker roles puts females at the difficulty in both giving and receiving health facilities.

Lifestyle and Behavior Differences

Generally, according to Heron (2015), report analysis of the three causes of death in the United States of America, which results in 58% of all the deaths and their comparison to gender differences. Examples of diseases include Cancer and Cardiovascular Disease. To begin with, Cardiovascular disease, the condition is found to be the leading cause of death in the United stated of America. The situation is accounting for 29% of the deaths in the state.

In comparison to this disease rate to death in both males and females, the disease mortality for women does not vary significantly in the life span. In this case, females have more fatal strokes than men do. Therefore, the disease kills men at their younger ages compared to women.

The cause of Cardiovascular disease is yet to be understood through some of the human behaviors that facilitate the development of disease spread. Some of these risking factors include sex, which enhances the development of Cardiovascular disease before the age of 65. Through the investigation carried out, the condition is believed to be spread through hormones exchanged through sexual intercourse (Siann, 2013). Though lifestyle factors such as the smoking behavior in men eating food with high-fat content similarly are risk factors to (CVD) disease, this is because more males compared to females eat a diet with high-fat content.

Despite the Cardiovascular disease having differences in males and females, the condition has some similarities in the rate of death. Women who develop the disease CVD have several weaknesses, thereby, some of the diseases related to the disease itself. Some refer to women’s medical treatment in the health organization. Death occurrences which are as a result of CVD are equal to both the males and the females in the United States of America. This is one of the similarities perceived in this nation rate of death pertaining to the spread and the impacts of CVD. The second disease is cancer.

Cancer is the name given to the unusual unrestrained development that may form a tumor as well as spreading to the rest part of the body. Such unlimited muscle development can become life intimidating. Cancer is well known to be the second leading killer disease in the United States of America. In matters concerning the condition, men have high death risks as compared to the females, therefore, The mortality rate for males and females’ rates in several types of cancer among several ethnic groups in the United States of America. Similarly, the Mortality rate is maximum for any cancer, for example, lung cancer in both women and men.

One of the known causes of cancer is the lifestyle that the individuals put themselves in—behaviors such as cigarette smoking, the leading cause of cancer death rates, particularly lung cancer. Men smoke at high proportions as compared to women in many states. In North America and Europe, women have increased their tobacco use; therefore, this act is narrowing the gender gap in permanency. Females have begun to develop lung cancer at a high rate. The increases use of tobacco in the United States thus accounts for about 29% of cancer cases.

Generally, diets rich in carcinogens taken by the people are also found to be concerned with the development of cancer. Examples of this diet include foods that contain a high amount of fats. Women eat a lower amount of fats, more vegetables and fruits than men. The behavioral difference in the food intake clarify the portion of inconsistency in Cancer death. Lifestyle is therefore termed as another cause of the rapid spread of cancer and death cases, which are as a result of cancer.

Sexual behaviors also contribute to the quicker spread of cancer. Females who are engaged in sexual acts at their premature age and have many sexual associates are at high risk of infection with papillomavirus, which leads to cervical cancer. Males’ sexual behavior places them at a high rich in the contraction of cancer as compared to females. Cancer of the genitals and reproductive tract and breast Cancer deaths accounts for a large proportion of female death than is Cardiovascular disease. The patterns occur for males who are more vulnerable to early mortality from CVD than from cancer.

Conclusion

In matters that concerns the similarities and the differences in male and females. Lifestyle and the luxurious life that the male and the females put themselves in are seen to have contributed to significant impacts in matters about their health status and construction of diseases. This is evident because, in the case of Cardiovascular, the live acts of high fat intake in the body have resulted in this disease. Similarly, cancer is found to be contracted through smoking. Conclusively behavior and lifestyle contribute to diseases.
