The reader will fully understand the necessity of investing in the project.
The writer of the proposal goes ahead to highlight the budget of the project. She emphasizes that the prices are only estimates and are prone to change. She writes the contract’s terms and conditions, and the benefits the project will bring to the company at large. This project is quite detailed, and the reader will completely understand what is requested of them. To make this proposal more effective, the writer should also include the duration the project is expected to run, the number of employees who are expected to participate in the project, and if there are any foreseen risks or issues that may face the project. She does not mention if the project will require regular servicing or not, which is also essential information (Process, n.d). Moreover, they have displayed very appealing images of dishes that attract customers just by the look of them. On each website, KFC offers options for the clients. They can eat in, take away, or can order home deliveries. Also, there are options such as a meal for one and a family meal. The websites maintain the official color of KFC, which is maroon to show the authenticity of the page. The websites also apply transitions, and enticing expressions such as “for the love of bacon” to entice customers. All websites are also linked to their social media so that clients can follow them on social media platforms to get an update of daily offers (Kentucky Fried Chicken, n.d).
The websites also differ in some elements. For instance, KFC Australia is conveying a message to show that they are still open. However, KFC South Africa has alerted its customers that all their restaurants have been closed down due to the current pandemic. KFC America is also clear that operations have changed. KFC South Africa also uses some local language to engage the client. For instance, they have used the phrase “KFC Ya Later Mzansi,” which means South Africa. Apart from the use of the South African language, the company does not incorporate other cultures on the website. It maintains the standards of the meals. That is, they sell the same products on all three websites. This is because it tries to maintain its standards across the globe. KFC China and Japan have incorporated the host country’s culture in its design. These websites are written in the native language. On the Japanese website, some of the dishes are served using their traditional bowls that emulate Japanese cultures. The name of the page also appears in the Japanese language. The page takes only a few seconds to load as well. The resolution is also high, making the images very clear. The critical information is quite clear to see because it is written in bigger letters than other words. The content creator made sure that words embedded in the images are bigger than those written on the white plain page. The information is not squeezed in one position but is distributed through the website. This is to ensure that the reader does not necessarily concentrate on one part of the page.
However, there is some information that is written using small fonts and might be an issue for the vision impaired personnel. The website has a combination of different colors, which I think are too exaggerated, and instead of capturing a visually challenged person’s attention, they might end up discouraging them from using the websites. After running a validation, there were some problems detected from the website. Some words were embedded in images, and the visually impaired persons might miss them. Also, some are highlighted in very bright colors. To solve this problem, KFC Japan should harmonize the font of the letters, ensuring that some letters are not too small for some people to see. Also, it could minimize the use of too much color on the page because it might bring reading problems to clients. If some letters are small, then highlighting them with bright colors might make it even harder to read.

They use the newly acquired knowledge to transform operations to achieve their goals. The meaning found in Wikipedia closely defines the Knowledge management process, which is the process in which companies generate and share and manage knowledge across their department (Bratianu, 2018).
Wikipedia does not review its definitions; it does not weigh different definitions given by different scholars, and that’s the reason many instructors discourage students from using it as a reference. In this context, Wikipedia probably defined the term learning and decided it could stand for the definition of organizational learning, which is not the case. Wikipedia can confuse readers because they will get the meaning of organizational learning wrong or think that the term knowledge management system is the same as organizational learning, which is not the case. This information looked accurate to me. If I hadn’t confirmed it from another source, I would have bought it. It closely compares to the meaning from other sources, but it also differed slightly. I can say that the meaning is questionable; it requires one to confirm from other resources before one settles for it.
I do not think Wikipedia is 100% reliable as a source of definitions in my field because it is not reviewed. Therefore, I think it should be used as the last option or for confirmation purposes only. The use of a factual website is considered unethical because the writer ends up providing information that is not verified. They could end up providing information that is not correct and mislead other people who are relying on the sources. This is considered unethical.
