Career Vision and mission
My career vision is to grow as a desirable real estate agent, being a sales associate capable of selling modern generation choices. Thus, I would connect with people to make a societal difference through continuous actions. In my career as a real estate agent, I envision to promote fairness in every deal struck between the client and me to promote transparency while doing business. Also, I would practice integrity and honesty while providing real estate services to my clients, thus promoting goodwill in the business portfolio.
Besides, my career mission is to modernize and progress the experience of buying and selling real estate by cultivating and sharing what I value through collaboration, positivity, innovation, honesty, and integrity with customers and coworkers. Therefore, I would provide real estate clients with the best services covering all aspects of residential real estate. My career, therefore, develops an insight into property marketing, which is a critical undertaking tailored at achieving innovative solutions. So, I spearhead to provide up-to-date information in my position as a real estate agent relative to set goals and objectives.
Strategic plan
As a real estate agent, I would develop a deliberate course of action aimed at transforming the real estate sector by addressing current challenges in the industry. Thus, innovation forms a key pillar of my strategic plan so as to incorporate current trends in real estate. Therefore, I strategize to reduce the occupancy costs as a strategic measure to increase the number of venturing into real estate. Hence, a benchmarking phase would be undertaken to determine the current corporation occupancy cost based on firms having more than 15% competitive ability. The objective of the benchmarking exercise would be to reduce the space per person by 50% from the previous 300 square feet per individual. How to create the plan
I created a strategic plan through a proper analysis of my mission and vision statement. The statements provided the unique goal I aspired to achieve in real estate, which is to grow as an associate while developing pertinent skills required in career development. As such, I considered factors such as societal, demographic, and economic trends to help develop the best course of action as an agent in real estate. Finally, I established strategic and staffing goals, which were critical in achieving set goals within the stipulated timeframe.
I utilized the PEST model while creating a strategic plan as a real estate agent. I followed a comprehensive process while analyzing the political, economic, social, and technological factors having great influence in real estate. Thus, I ensured that all the factors were comprehensively articulated to ensure my career promotes market competitiveness and effectiveness in real estate. The PEST model ensured that the strategic plan encompassed operational efficiencies in achieving success in my career mission and vision. The model helped me analyze how different policies enacted by the government would affect my career. Thus, I developed a strategic plan that increases preparedness for such scenarios in the future.
My plan
To achieve my career plan, I stipulate to develop a motivation drive to help me articulate issues with the highest capability levels. Hence, I have to improve my flexibility in changing scenarios experienced in real estate, thus helping control my fears and worries while making crucial investments. Besides, I plan on improving my communication and relational skills to help converse with my clients easily to solve key issues affecting the real estate industry. I will have to prioritize my clients as the major shareholders since they define my ability to grow as a real estate agent and consultant. Moreover, I plan on embracing technology and social networking due to its necessity while communicating with my customers. Most of the clients in real estate depend on fast and efficient means of communication, which can only be achieved by adopting the use of modern technological developments. So, I am stipulating on developing strong communication channels such as LinkedIn and Pinterest to help reach a wide customer base. Finally, I plan to further my education to gain a deeper knowledge of operations in the real estate sector. I will undertake a master’s course in real estate as part of fostering my prospects in property investments.
The five leadership practices
The five leadership practices developed strategic approaches to management, thus positively impacting on my plan development. For instance, the leadership practices helped me articulate that I must seek challenging opportunities in real estate to grow and increase my innovativeness and improvement at the organizational level. Hence, I am willing to venture in the practical real estate to utilize my competence in real estate as part of developing personal skills. Also, the leadership practices challenged my zeal to inspire a shared vision in real estate hence playing a key role in creating the plan. As such, my career vision stands to create an ennobling and uplifting future in real estate as part of promoting my competency levels. So, it would be easy to focus on my mission statement even in the foreseeable future. Moreover, leadership practices helped me develop the need to work as a team while enabling others to act. Hence, my career would revolve around achieving results through others as an initiative to promote teamwork and collaborative prospects. I have, therefore, learned the need to model the way and to recognize other people’s behavioral changes as part of developing my strategic plan.
