In contemporary society, definitions of quality of life, happiness, and the aspects of well-being are considered to relate and overlap each other depending on the context. The purpose of this study is to explore and establish the relationship that endures between these constructs by utilizing various measures, attributed to satisfactory psychometric properties. The study will require 180 university students to complete OHQ (Oxford Happiness Questionnaire), questionnaire from WHO, and the life satisfaction scale as well. The questionnaires were distributed and concluded in the theatre room by all selected participants. After analyzing the data using regression, SPSS, correlation, and EFA, the result revealed a positive relationship between life satisfaction, psychological domains of quality of life, and positive affect. Based on the research findings, environmental and social spheres were considered poor predictors of both subjective well-being and happiness after subjecting psychological quality of life under control.

In modern communities, mental health for most adolescents has been subjected to immense issues, which have adverse consequences in the long-run. The purpose of the research is to assess students’ well-being and happiness based on the selected sample. The study consisted of 403 high school students who have been selected randomly in Tabriz, Iran. In most cases, the quality of a nation is depicted to rely on the mental health of young students. Since mental problems are increasingly becoming a global issue, this study aims to investigate whether mental well-being is connected to happiness among teenage students. The study incorporates substantial aspects, including happiness, emotional, psychological, and mental well-being. The study consisted of 100 participants (both female and male students) from Aligarh University. Oxford Happiness Questionnaire was considered a substantial data collection approach with a 1-6 range score. Additionally, the research utilized the WEMWBS (Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale) to assess the relationship between happiness and the well-being of these teenage students. Data is effectively collected from each individual student, and all questionnaires and other data tabled together for analysis. After undertaking analysis using the SPSS software, a positive correlation of 0.67 was established between the mental well-being of the students, and the happiness of the students. After analyzing the correlation of males and females students separately, females were considered to uphold a higher correlation (0.72) than male teenagers (0.63). Since there is no significant variance between female and male happiness scores, it was concluded that males and females do not differ. However, the results found that individual well-being is essential for a healthy living.
