The requirements include heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, stroke, and cancer (Cooper & Dalle Grave, 2017). Despite its significant contribution in improving the health sector, technology can be blamed for unhealthy lifestyles. Technology is hindering the position of exercising as a critical factor for good health. The use of vehicles for transport keeps people off from exercising. Moreover, some activities are accessible online without the need for physical presence. The world of technology has produced home games that do not involve body exercise. The lack of adequate exercise exposes people to health disorders.

Thus, they are characterized by minimized direct contact between the service providers and the customers. Good housekeeping will be the major competitor to the Dietnut Service. The product deals with dieting services and operates online. Good housekeeping offers similar services; thus, I have improved the packages of my project. The incorporation of a detox program is an additional service that supports the competitive advantage of my service in the market. Indeed, the service incorporates a well-packed program to address the existing gap in the market and enhance its competitive hedge.

My solution

For example, the weight’s condition will be assessed by weighing and determining a person’s Body Mass Index. The customers will also undergo 21 days of detox, which serves a significant role in the cleansing of their blood as fundamental for robust health (Kjær, 2019). Unknowns/ Challenges

In the efforts to achieve the key objectives, the program will face several challenges. Although the service is highly innovative, its future glory in the market remains unknown. Several factors will stand in the way to hinder the effectiveness of the program in addressing customer needs. First and foremost, the product will take time before gaining strong roots in the market. It will take the customers some time to develop trust in the program. Competition in the market will also slow down the success of the program. The changing technology remains to be a threat to the stability of the program. However, useful innovations will be strategized to ensure smooth penetration and security of the service in the market.
