Servant and Transformational Leadership

Both types of leadership may be effective though one can be better for use than the other. More so, each type of leadership has its unique that makes it advantageous for use in a certain situation. Mainly there are common transformational leadership behaviours which include inspiration motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation as well as individualized consideration CITE. As people are familiar with principles as well as attributes of servant leadership and similarity, there are differences. I think for continued success in my situation, servant leadership is more beneficial. I have a firm belief in this since servant leaders inspire as well as emphases on people rather than the company. If there are emphases on people, they are being mentored to be successful as well as being able to handle ongoing changes as well as initiatives in the organization. Emphases on people give them the required tools to familiarize themselves with changes as well as continue being successful.
