I have learned that law is essential, intellectually challenging and sometimes outrageous and the law is everywhere America has become a state where can know what is legal, you hear cases day by day about criminal trials, massive lawsuit or constitutional claim but seems that criminals are allowed to get off with it. Law very complex, and most occurred that no one can understand it at all, not even the professional lawyer. Law is not accessible to the ordinary person is like only the priests of some religion try to maintain the mysterious and inaccessible of law.
People can learn what law for it clarify basics of law like the rules, principles, and arguments that lawyer and judges use.one of the law is mostly common encountered is speed limits, the speed limit according to the driver is considered higher than 65mph and legal act the same way. Drivers are cushion by police but never given a speeding ticket to someone who is going 66mph. If this happens, the judges will laugh at them in the court of traffic(Sheff,2019). The court does not want to waste time with a driver who is violated the speed limit by 1mph, as the matter of law radar may not be accurate to draw that fine line, so what is the law here of how you can drive faster. To understand the law, we can focus on individuals fact situations that give litigation and on judicial opinions that resolve the cases. The truth is there are infinite stupid laws, and they are organized by ‘police statism.’
Law is not a secret anymore; this is the real world we are living in. Not even education or employment can figure it out, law resides in books is mistaken of an idea that law is secret is at least inaccessible for an ordinary person(Sheff,2019). The lawyer requires professional knowledge to apply law at an advanced and technical level, but to learn and understand the basic concept about statute does not. What we need is a streamlined government that can keep regulations fair and straightforward to ordinary people and lifts law to evoke a few corporations. In this case, we need a penalty system to go back to the government, including prisons and police cases.
Law reflects life, and life is complicated for an ordinary person, the principles of law are not different from what we experience in other aspects of our lives. For example, hot food, the government tells us what to eat and what not to eat. Some clerks selling unpasteurized milk got arrested in California. The officials have raided a raw food club. These kinds of issues confront every day, and the essential ideas involved accessible to the nonlawyer(Sheff,2019). It is hard to define a legal matter and construct appropriate solutions. Everyone would like to have clear legal rules so that he can ensure consistency and fairness is applicable. Illegal sex the government bans prostitution because people think it is dirty. But where prostitution is legal, there are no crimes. Government complicates the life of an ordinary person, for example when you wish to start a tax business is said to be illegal so that you can be issued by the ‘tax medallion’ which can cost millions of dollars. Law is a battleground of political conflicts; everyone can see this as a constitutional issue and see legal decisions. People are the one who makes law but appears to be the natural order of things
