How the internet is essential in life
No, I don’t know anyone who lives without internet. This world is small I think everyone has access to the internet or has heard about it.it is very clear and evident that the conditions of the environment in the world today are not sustainable, and over the past decades, a lot of progress has been made in the fight against illiteracy (Bulman & Fairlie, 2016).
It is through the internet that smarter cities have been able to develop. Most people in the world now are able to live in the towns due to the development of the internet hence making a person’s life to be sweet and easy (Mougayar, 2016).
There are many cities in the world that put the use of the internet to work. For example, Chicago is doing their various tests on the Array of things; this is a sensor which has a wide network.
Through the internet, it is able to get air which is clean and also water, and the internet also helps various cities to improve their public health system. For example in London, around 9000 deaths per year have attributed to the pollution of air the technologies od Drayson has been able to taste sensors which are distributed to the couriers of bicycles and this sensor transmit all data to the smartphones through the blue tooth( Khan & Niazi, 2018).
Also, through the internet, smarter Agriculture has been developed. From agribusiness to small scale farmers, all over the world, the growers are widely using the internet to reduce both water consumption and fertilizer; also, the internet has helped a human being to be able to do minimize waste and also making it able for one to improve various yields quality. It is through the internet that people are able to monitor both the humidity and even the temperature level while the goods move to the warehouse, so as to eliminate waste (Mougayar, 2016).
The internet also helps a person to cut on food waste. A lot of the food which is produced is wasted each year, and this kind of loss is experienced during the time of supply. According to the food and agriculture organization of the U.N around 1.4 tons are lost each year, and the internet can be able to minimize all these losses, and by this, they are able to increase their productivity; hence the internet plays a significant role here (Bulman & Fairlie, 2016).
The internet also, on the other hand, helps to connect patients. This is because the internet sector is able to transform the industry by assisting the doctors to be able to gain access to various patients.
Technology, on the other hand, also helps doctors to be able to monitor the well-being of their patients that live independently. The sensors help to alert the caretakers of the patients do not take their medicines, or forget to get out of their bedroom during the time that is set for them.
The internet also has helped people in the fight against breast cancer. This is a type of cancer that is very common among the women of America, so the internet has helped in this, through screening and survival rates have been enhanced. Hence people are able to live longer and thanks to the internet, which has made all this possible (Bulman & Fairlie, 2016). Also, one should not know when using the internet it does not matter your place of stay, whether, in a rural, crowded city, the internet can be able to connect all of them to a bright future.
The internet is essential to my life, and this is because it plays a very major role in my life, and I don’t know what life would have been without the internet. The internet may not be equivalent to face to face communication, but it enhances most of the right relationships. On an average day, I spend around 24 hours in one week. These days’ people are using the internet to carry out almost all of their activities (Mougayar, 2016).
