Lenny boy brewery is a beverage store located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company is located in a densely populated; thus, target customers are readily available. Our store represents the main distribution center. Our customers get our product either from retailers or access it directly from the store (Michelle, 2019).
Distribution intensity
Lenny boy brewery co. is the main store as well as the main distribution center for all customers. Thus, I will focus on an intensive distribution strategy to cover all locations in the neighborhood and also selective distribution in order to select the best-performing and appropriate outlet for my product (Michelle, 2019). The store is open from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 8 pm, and on Saturdays and Fridays, the store opens from 2 pm to 10 pm. The store also offers “dine-in and take-out” events.
Brick-And-Mortar Stores
An exclusive retail store will be used to distribute my product. An exclusive retail store will be used, and it will be located in the neighborhood where my target customers can access the drink easily (Sonntag, 2017). The retail store will be located in a specific or particular geographic area that is characteristic of massive selling.
