Burnout is simply a statue caused when you have so much work that causes stress. This happens when people lose control over themselves and their work. Stress is a condition when people reach their maximum ability to overcome a situation, and it is caused by work, study, financial crisis, emotional crisis, sad memories, and other causes. Although stress can be dangerous and lead to serious health issues like heart attacks and immune system issues, it is beneficial for personal life and success. For example, as AUIS students usually deadlines cause me so much stress especially now with quarantine and online classes, yet it is good because usually if there is no deadline for a specific assignment, I ignore that assignment and leave it to the last moment when I have tons of other assignments to do, so it helps me to manage my studying or be forced to manage it. [unique_solution]People’s reactions to stress are different and depending on the level of stress they have it may be normal stress caused because you are afraid of, and it can be chronic stress this happens when you ignore your simple stress. Chronic stress is the dangerous one that can kill people easily, and if it does not cause death, it ruins people′s lives. Our brains control our bodies and life. Its aim is to maintain a certain level of feelings. So, it is going to resist new changes and treat this new change as a danger. That is why we feel tired and cannot do our work when we are stressed because of the neurotransmitters in our nervous system responsible about these emotions and also it is responsible about the other tasks like focusing, sleeping, along with digestive system function, so all of these systems will be affected when you are stressed which can cause serious health issues. People should know how to deal with abnormal situations, in order to not reach their maximum level of stress which leads to total burnout. Nowadays quarantine teaches people a lot about themselves, their lives, relationships, goals, and many other things. A person should take his reflex reaction to stress into consideration because sometimes these reactions help him to beat his stress. For instance, for me usually when I am stressed all the feelings affect my stomach and my IBC this usually my reflex reaction to stress. To avoid burnout and stress people should take their time and think. People should have their own places because each person belongs to a specific place, and this place may be mountain, sea, or a private corner in the home. These places should be the first idea that a stressed person thinks about to reduce his stress because it helps him to sit and think. There are many ways a person can choose to kill his burnout, but on the top of these ways is positive thinking. Positive thinking is the key, it brings the great effects of positive energy which can change people’s life. Try to look at the things from a new side, learn to stop complaining, watch human development lessons these help you to think differently. Find the secret inside you to help you kill stress. For me cleaning is the best way to beat my stress, it helps me to throw all my negative energy out. Finally, think about solutions and never give up.
