An ordained minister and Bahamian Evangelist, Dr. Myles Munroe, defined leadership as the ability to effectively influence other people through inspirations motivated by vision, passion, and conviction rekindled by a specific purpose. Dr. Munroe further explained this definition of leadership bears truth to human being’s creation. God created humankind and provided every human being necessities to complete the overall purpose of His work. Noting from the bible, the book of genesis got referenced by Dr. Munroe, whereby it talks about human beings possessing dominions over the earth. This particular text stated above explains that all human beings bear the capabilities of possessing leadership qualities since they said they were created to occupy and take charge of the earth since the beginning, as taught by Dr. Munroe. From this particular perspective, it is in human nature to dominate and lead the environment, as concluded by Dr. Munroe.

Alongside the various titles, he exhibited different qualities that model leadership. The characteristics of leadership include commitment, foresight, persuasion, listening, and awareness. Dr. Myles opened doors based on the perception by offering global training and teaching based on leadership intricacies. Through multiple endeavours, he committed himself to develop individuals to become ethical leaders by researching principles of good leadership and proper identification based on other leaders globally. As part of Dr. Munroe’s accomplishments, there were multiple best sellers on his belt. He authored sixty-nine books that covered various topics obtained from personal developments, purpose, relationships, spiritual development, transformational leadership, and marriage (Monroe, 2008). Dr. Munroe, on his inspiring leadership, was super detailed, a factor that made most of his followers trust him through his unique teachings. Furthermore, Dr. Munroe’s views on leadership start with an individual discovering their purpose in life. Dr. Munroe is a true definition of a good leader. He portrayed a great sense focused on the idea of empowering others to become better leaders. It took Dr. Munroe a record forty years focusing on research, teaching, and personal interactions with other leaders. He came up with his definition based on leadership since other individuals had massive confusion about leadership, titles and positions. However, he had a strong belief that everything concerned with direction falls and rises again. According to Dr. Munroe, leadership was the most ultimate thing (Monroe, 2008).

The entire life or rather almost most of Dr. Munroe’s career/ life was effectively dedicated to serving the social and personal needs of individuals who were ready to grow ultimately. Throughout his commitment, multiple nations transformed successfully from followers to leaders. The ministry of Dr. Munroe assisted various leaders in developing effectively. Despite the development of leadership skills, Dr. Munroe desired that the leaders should act as agents who advocated for change. Dr. Munroe’s vision had an opportunity to create opportunities that were countless, which made it easier for individuals to discover their purposes in life clearly; thus, enabling Dr. Munroe to become a leader who had an exemplary legacy in his leadership traits. Leadership was a critical component, according to Dr. Munroe. He further stated that people are where they are because a particular individual led them to that spot. He noted that leadership could transform an individual from a coward to a hero or a warrior.
