My mission statement will encompass three main components. One will be my target audience, which is the pediatric healthcare market. I will also include the product ill be offering in the market, which will consist of cardiovascular consultancy and treatment and child psychiatry services. To make it more appealing and impactful, I will include the distinction in my products and service delivery. I will ensure that the product is unique and convincing by stating that it will be comprehensive and affordable. This move is as a result of the prevailing market conditions that either offer services partly or are too expensive for the patients. My mission statement will be “To offer affordable and comprehensive services in limiting child cardiovascular and psychiatry diseases in the society.”

In a bid to make sure that my mission statement is attainable, I will work on accessing the most affected part of the market. Besides, I will ensure that I partner or incorporate health insurance to the business. A specialist in insurance will help my business in convincing and giving insurance to patients that had not been insured before. Moreover, I will engage a team of specialists that will only focus on child psychiatry and cardiovascular consultancy and treatment. Also, I will introduce a periodic community health check-up that will serve as part of my corporate social responsibility and marketing.

I will enhance the consistency of my business through the mission statement by strategic marketing and a well-developed customer feedback program. Talking about affordability will work as a marketing strategy. Besides, I will ensure that my marketing team is specialized in reaching the target patients through platforms that parents and children like most. Moreover, I would put flaws in other services in a professional way to ensure that my business is outstanding.

My mission statement will be comprehensive in that it will concisely cover the critical aspects. Anyone looking at it for the first time will identify my target market as pediatric healthcare. I will also ensure that its contribution to society is known, that is, to limiting child cardiovascular and psychiatry diseases in the community.
