PHYSICAL OBJECT

“Caste is not a physical object like a wall of bricks or a line of barbed wire which prevent the Hindus from co-mingling and which has, therefore, to be pulled down. Caste is a notion; it is a state of the mind” by B.R. Ambedkar. So keeping in mind the remedy of social injustice in modern India are as follow: So firstly deal with the biography of Ambedkar as Ambedkar was born at Ambegaon village in Ratnagiri dist. Of Maharashtra and was born an untouchable Sakhpal Mehar community. Because of his having a place with lower caste, he faced a great deal of separation in his educational time and in his early stage of career, he realized the plight of untouchables. He dedicated his whole life for socio economic upliftment he was so impacted by the standing framework in Hinduism religion that he changed over into Buddhism as Buddhism religion has confidence in the head of freedom and society while it has certain principles which are near life. . He criticized the caste system in such a way that he totally analyzed the origin of practice of untouchability in his book named “THE UNTOUCHABLES ′′ which was published in 1948.[unique_solution] He also made a social reform movement which was laid under Bahishkrit Hitkarini Sabha, he was the first thinker who passed the problem of untouchability which was during the time of Gandhi ji. He also criticized the principles of Gandhi ji. In London, the 1st round table conference was held and he was invited as the leader of untouchables. He also led many movements for the women sector as they were not given equal rights as compared to men. Social injustice was done with the backward classes and the same was faced by the women of the society. In the favour of backward classes and women Dr.Ambedkar’s worked hard to make India a casteless and classless society. But injustice was still going on with the lower caste in India because the provision and laws based on their caste are not implemented in such a way it should be implemented. Dr.Ambedkar’s ideas for bringing out the essence of his visionary conceptualization of social justice and their relevance in contemporary national and global scenario through an analysis of his various theoretical propositions, which are dispersed in his writings on caste system, Hindu social order, equality, liberty, fraternity, human rights, social democracy, law, religion, the State and the minorities. The aim is to locate these ideas on a systematic terrain as well as to critically assess them in the contemporary context. There are so many remedies for this but the main thing is the mindset of the individual which should really vanish, until and unless the mind, belief and thoughts of an individual will not change it is difficult to make the society casteless and classless. So the remedies are as follow: ● Change in the mindset of every individual is really necessary because unless the mindset will not change the castle′s society is difficult for them to believe in. The people should really change their mindset as they all know their color of blood is the same whether they belong to lower caste or higher caste. ● Adopting a wider approach rather than narrow: every individual should have belief in unity in integrity. As India is a secular county so there should be belief OF immunity as secular word means non-religious so the word secular also describe a person who is not at all connected with religious matters as per the constitution and preamble also describe the word secular, socialist and democratic which was added in preamble by 42 amendment 1976 so constitution of india also prescribed us with a words of secularism thirdly but should be in every individual’s mind i.e we all are Indian as per the preamble dealt with the sentence of the we the people of India. ● OBEY THE LAW: if we deal with clauses and provisions then according to the fundamental rights, as per Article 14 it says right to equality, Article 15 which talks about no discrimination, Article 17 which talks about untouchables whereas there has been rights provided under DPSP also reservation provided to backward classes but still according to the views of the individuals in modern generation remain same as it was earlier in relation to backward classes and caste. Hereby, every individual should change their mindset because caste is really an opinion as said by Dr. Ambedkar. And I also favour the view of Ambedkar it’s actually a belief which should really be changed as no one can get success on the basis of their caste
