- Transformational leaders can articulate their visions to enhance the motivation and morale of other to help connect to a joint mission and the collective identity of an organization.
- They also challenge those around them to take greater ownership of their work and optimize their performance. (Huber, 2014)
- I, therefore, chose this concept to help me apply positive leadership and management styles to my future career roles as a nurse leader by the shreds of evidence gathered in this research.
