Finally, the major limitation of the research study is that the sample size was too large, meaning that the results of the research could have been more accurate with smaller sample size. Also, there is a lack of previous studies in the research area; hence the research problem was too narrow. Also, the topic is complex since people have a different meaning of exciting and boring. Thus, the complexity creates barriers for the research and makes the data gotten inconsistent and one that lacks quality. The complexity mandates follow-up research to determine if the job is indeed dull or not.
