Therefore, health promotion and maintenance are educating or instead of helping patients and the general population through the usual stages of growth and development from birth via the middle stage to prime of life.  Besides, health promotion and maintenance exclusively significant on the precise scope of knowledge and extends to managing and taking care of patients consecutively to look after or prevent premature physical and mental condition tribulations.

Therefore, the paper focuses on significantly pointing out clinical issues concerning health promotion and maintenance, which nurses are capable of providing practical solutions, or they have a constructive response. Thus, the clinical problem which the study is to discuss is on the birth process. Besides, the birth process is the study under the health promotion category, and therefore it has a significant impact on the growth and development of every individual. Thus, to monitor the birth process from the time of conception or when the mother learns she is expectant till delivery day (Camilo, G., Cuadros-Melgar, B., & Abdalla, E. (2015). Thus is to assure safe delivery to the mother and health to the infant. Furthermore, the study will look into cultural variations and diversity of individuals and an overall population and develop a systematic procedure to deal with the problem efficiently. Therefore, the subsequent section will address the importance of the birth process to the health of the patient population and the effect of leaving the issue unsolved.

Importance

Consequently, the birth process plays an essential rule in the safe delivery and health of the infant. Thus, there is the importance of keeping regular check up on the mother during the pregnancy period. Therefore, this critical includes antepartum care. Antepartum care is also known as prenatal care. The process consists of evaluating the situation of the mother and her pregnancy and assembling information sooner than the child his delivered. Thus the information gathered by the nurse concerning the mother includes her former and current state of health, counselling schedules, and any abnormal health condition. Therefore, the data used to predict the result of pregnancy and if there is a need to perform several other tests, both infant and mother.

Thus, the delivery calculations are done using Naegele’s Rule and calculated as from the first day of the last menstruation periods. Counselling on nutrition is the murder story of prenatal care. Nurses make sure that during the pregnancy period, mothers acquire sufficient nutrients they need to promote the growth of their babies adequately. In contrarily, when the issue of the birth process, the mother may experience contradictions during pregnancy, which may threaten safe delivery. The contradictions involved virginal bleedings, continuous and severe abdominal pain, and headaches. Patient population

Cultural values and traditional diversities play a significant role in the birth process. Thus, cultural considerations should be respected, and it essential to learn and appreciate the traditions, cultural, and religious ethnicity of the mother. Besides, various cultures have various views concerning birth and pregnancy processes. Therefore,  nurses should be familiar and be able to accept different traditional customs and hold clients and their families in every best way ever. Thus, the presiding paragraph will explain various proposed solutions to the birth process problem.

Consequently, the birth process attached to various critical and deadly problems. Besides, the relationship between the birth process and pregnancy has investigated by many researchers. The researches are meaningful but have not provided satisfactory solutions to the birth process. Besides, mother health should be checked regularly during pregnancy. There should be a complete documentation of her information, including her lifestyle and medication. Proper and efficient nutrition should be administered (Ignatavicius, D. D., & Workman, M. L. (2015).

Nurses should educate women about necessary pregnancy procedures. These procedures will give relevant information concerning the mother and infant. Mothers should record information on fetus kicks and movements as this would help to analyze the health performance of the fetus at a late age. Women who had their first child should be carefully accessed, and nurses should educate them on how to take care of newborns (Taylor, C., Lynn, P., & Bartlett, J. (2018). Therefore, the subsequent paragraph will provide  solutions on the issue affecting  patient population

Hence, to eradicate health unconsciousness, nurses should provide a platform to educate women on the importance of the birth process. Besides, this can be achieved venturing in media, roadshows, and other mass media platforms. The platform should be clear, precise, and attractive to attract their attention (Lowdermilk, D. L., LPerry, S. E., Cashion, M. C., & Alden, K. R. (2015).  Besides, it should aim for women who are within the scope of giving birth. The state should provide numerous medical services and distribute them even to the adverse areas where these services are not available. Therefore, by doing this, expectant mothers in remote areas will be able to access medical attention, counselling, and education on the birth process. Furthermore, the following section will discuss the goals concerning the birth process effectively.

Goals

Moreover,  the goals for the effective birth process into two perspectives. The long term goal aims at achieving its objectives in the late future, while short term goals are achievable at concurrent periods. Therefore,  the long term goal is to ensure there are zero deaths during birth. Besides, the birth process plays a significant role to ensure there are minimal deaths during the delivery period.

Moreover, the birth process aims at promising life to the mother and the infant, therefore achieved through giving education and counselling to the women who are in the scope of giving birth. Thus, to accomplish on minimizing deaths during births, nurses should provide nutrition counselling to their clients. Besides, doing so will ensure good health to both the infant and the mother. Therefore, the subsequent paragraph will explain the short term goal of the birth process.

Consequently, the birth process aim at increasing the probability of virginal delivery instead of c- checkup and counselling administered to the client. In centrally, there is panic linked in the middle of labour. Thus a delivery plan and procedure should be prepared before and include how the woman should have labour pains and delivery. Thus, to create the delivery plan should revise her previous health status to understand and estimate the risks and merits before delivery. Barriers

Therefore, there are several barriers associated with the birth process. Besides, systematic obstruction includes inadequate space and cultural believes and lack of facilities. Limited facilities to provide adequate medical service degrade effective birth process. In addition, the lack of health services limits pregnant women from frequently accessing clinical services. Thus, they get inadequate or no education on pregnancy experiences and nutrition counselling. Moreover, expectant mothers end up not getting effective and efficient nutrients to promote her health and the growth of the baby. Hence, the proceeding paragraph will explain on inadequate space and cultural beliefs.

Inadequate space and cultural beliefs contribute to the inefficiency of the birth process. Artistic ideas and diversity hinder expectant mothers from sufficiently adhering to birth process regulations. As much nurses have to accommodate all cultures and ethnicity beliefs, it is hard to render their services adequately. Besides, where there are strong beliefs and trust to traditions medical facilities and doctors, there is ignorance of the modern way of giving birth. Therefore, to eradicate or slightly reduce these, nurses should educate the general population on the importance of Morden way of giving birth. The following paragraph will address the benefits to the patient population and the nursing profession on resolving the birth process.

Benefits

The birth process connected with various benefit to the patient population and the whole nursing profession.  Consequently, the patient population enjoy the contribution of the birth process through the provision of health facilities to them. Nurses can extend their facilities to adverse geographical areas and educate the general population on matters concerning the birth process. Also, the patient population appreciate the intense of birth process since they can take care of the expectant mothers and confide safe delivery.

The benefit of providing a practical solution to the birth process in nursing profession enables clients to have complete trust with the nurse. Moreover, they create confident with nurses themselves and enhance morale to continue with research on providing more effective solutions. Also, it generates environment need for expansion for intellectual knowledge and know how. It makes the nursing field prove to the state their stature and their importance to medical services. ( Harmon, K. C., Clark, J. A., Dyck, J. M., & Moran, V. (2016).  Furthermore, the nursing field ensures consistency continuity of life by creating chances and giving hope to expectant mothers and infants.  Thus, the subsequent section will address participants and interdisciplinary approach.

Participants and interdisciplinary approach

Consequently, in implementing clinical projects, it includes various participants and disciplines inside and outside the nursing field. Therefore, to administer the birth process effectively, there are multiple individuals involved to attend to clients. The interdisciplinary engaged in the birth process include biostatistics, clinical services and surgical department. Therefore, for the effective birth process, there should be biostatisticians, clinical officers and a surgical practitioner. The above combine their intellectual knowledge at different stages to ensure the safety of the mother and infant is guaranteed.

During pregnancy to birth period, these participants play a significant role to ensure effective delivery. Therefore, the bio-statistician collects data on the expectant mother. The data collected includes here current and previous health status, medical prescriptions, time of conception and nutritions. Data is analyzed, and relevant conclusions made—also, recommendations made to the client. The clinical officer administers the birth process to the clients—the officer books appointments with the patient on regular and frequent checkups. (Zerwekh, J. (2015). Besides, the officer offers guidance and counselling services and construct several tests and keeps the mother updated on the stages of the foetus. The surgical practitioner intervenes during delivery. When there is contradiction during delivery, the practitioner provides surgical service for safe delivery. Conclusion

Consequently, the paper addresses the birth process as one of the significant clinical issues in health promotion and maintenance. Thus, the birth process is evaluation of expectant mother from the period of conception to birth. Besides, the study addressed the relevance and contribution of the nursing field to the birth process.
