ETHICAL  CULRTURE

The culture of the organization incorporates different values, behaviours, experiences and the expectations that bring the organization together. It is an essential tool as it helps bring the organization together and protects the reputation and image through the interaction of various individuals working and sharing similar customs, norms and beliefs. The organization, in this case, can come up with rules and regulations to help guide the individuals working in the organization with time (Blog, 2012, December 27).  They may be unwritten or written and be able to be accepted by everyone working in the organization.

The culture of the organization has got different policies that have been developed to help track how business is conducted within the organization. It helps in coming up with better conduct that will help maintain the reputation of the company. It, therefore, enhances how different people behave within the organization and decision will be made in the organization as well as their expression. In this case, an ethical policy is essential as it helps identify kind of action that a particular plan will have towards the business.

Ethics can be stayed as a pathway to different moral principles and provide a moral ground upon which people should act. It ensures that it affluences, societal and cultural outlook and ordinary laws. In the business world, cultural ethics in business helps come up with policies that will be followed within the organization. It is, therefore, for the employees working in the business to be disciplined at all times and ensure that they are completing their tasks on time.

Employee and employment rights

An employee needs to work in a comfortable place where there are sacrifices and rewards from their hard work. They need to be always appreciated to help motivate them. In this case, through cultural ethics, the employees can perform their duties without being followed. It helps them to work towards accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization. Ethical culture states that employees need to be at work on time and ensure that they execute their duties. The organization also has the role of ensuring that the employees are treated in the right manner. Their rights should be protected at all times and provided with a quiet working environment. The other thing is for the organization to keep track of all the efforts made by the employees.

The employees have the role of ensuring that they follow the set policies set by the organization. They have to determine what is wrong and right at all times. They also need to be keen at all times while dealing with any ethical issues that may arise within the organization.  The organization need to come up with a mission statement, code of conduct and a philosophy that will be followed by the employees. The organization can use this to ensure that there is professionalism among the employees.  The other key thing is for the organization to come up with ethical training for the employees (Doward, 2012, December 15). The organization also needs to consider coming up with people that will be in charge of the employees and be able to solve any ethical issues that may arise within the organization. Finally, it is essential when dealing with culture ethics to consider seeking legal advice from other members other than making instant decisions.
