Wiliam and Aymer experiences

Williams apartheid experience and Aymer immigrants’ experience arguments are grounded on similarities and differences. The ideologies presented by the two scholars have a manifestation of black and white superiority. Furthermore, the two arguments are focused on racism and inequalities experienced by individuals in other nations. However, despite the similarities presented,  there are differences emanating from the intensity of social and political discrimination

Both experiences entailed social tension among people. The natives portrayed discrimination over the nonnative. Stereotypes were pertinent issues of concern among the two immigrant’s experiences. In the facet of political consideration, William and Aymer had showed social exclusivity as their views were considered of less importance in governance.  The whole context depicts the excessive exploitation of the nonnatives by the natives.

The ideologies presented by the two personalities pertaining to their experiences show immigration perception as a menace that should be avoided in the contemporary world. There is social complexity of the workers as William and Aymer argued that low pay for the nonnative was common. The experiences of the two personalities depict an essence of social complexity and unique perceptions of immigrants allied with negative repercussions.

However, William’s experience in the apartheid showed some differences from Aymer’s immigrant experience. The level of racial discrimination in South Africa surpassed racial discrimination in America (Sutton, 2019). However, racial discrimination was exercised in America; it was not portrayed in all areas, as some blacks had some privileges that were limited to the blacks in South Africa. William’s apartheid in South Africa more was characterized by physical violence in the fight for the blacks’ rights while the American fight for their rights involved civil rights movements. Fighting for equal chances in the apartheid regime was more of a physical that it was practiced by the American immigrants who mainly relied on democracy and peaceful means of fighting for their rights.

The American immigrant discriminatory experience in the United States was directed to the blacks while the native whites were not affected. However, in South Africa, both the Blacks and the whites who had become native citizens of the country were affected. Cases of physical and verbal abuse were more intense in the South African apartheid while in America, the cases were limited with little intensity as the was government partially against the issue. The working conditions in the apartheid regime did not favor the blacks while the American Immigrants could secure a job in the U.S as long as they had the necessary qualifications. It was easy for a black to get a good job in America while ordinarily in the apartheid, the best jobs were reserved for the whites in authority together with their friends.

In conclusion, the argument presented by Willian on apartheid experience, and Aymer on immigration experience manifest unequal perception of the natives and the nonnative. The natives depict superiority over the nonnative bringing undeniable discrimination on social, economic, and political grounds.
